An indoor swimming pool of 4 mx 7 m with a view of the sea, the water temperature is adjusted according to your wishes, a swim against the current, a large indoor beach of 20m², upstairs a 3-seater jacuzzi on a covered terrace facing the sea.
From the swimming pool you access the terrace of the enclosed, tree-filled garden.

Villa de la Baie has a third terrace to the south for your meals.

Landeda Villa July 2022

Brilliant spot with superb view, 5 mins to a nice beach, 10 mins walk to the port. Superb house, with pool, hot tub, bikes..... Only minor quibbles with the place, except for internet connection, which was poor. The owner is French and his English is not great - hence why I have marked the communication down a bit. We had some difficulty finding the place, because of this.

Excellente location - on recommande fortement

Un accueil irréprochable et chaleureux dans cette magnifique maison face à la mer avec une vue époustouflante dont on ne se lasse jamais. Équipement sans faille et correspondant tout à fait à la description. Maison très agréable et bien située avec de nombreuses activités à proximité. Le jacuzzi et la piscine, le pur bonheur. Tout y est pour passer des vacances inoubliables. N’hésitez pas, vous allez apprécier chaque moment dans ce beau coin de la Bretagne. Encore merci pour tout! one not to miss

This property has everything you could possibly need and more, could not have been happier, the views from the balcony are amazing. Would definitely return, great house for a family. Beautiful beaches in walking distance. Friendly welcome on arrival ,could not fault property, we had a lovely stay, Thank you.
