This new modern villa is Nested on a hillside of the old town of Visnjan. Just out of the tourist hotspot of Porec this villa offers wonderful views of the sea and the countryside. Unlike many others, this villa is in a very short walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. yet its position guarantees a nice private place to relax. Outside you will find a nice meadow with a big infinity pool (50 m2), quality sun loungers and a nice shaded lounge area. There is a patio for al fresco dining and a barbecue. Behind the house there is gated parking. Downstairs there is a nice living and kitchen area. All opened to the pool and filled with light. Upstairs you will find 3 conventional bedrooms and a gallery with a double sofa bed, as well as two bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned and there is wifi internet.

Višnjan is a small Istrian town situated on the top of a hill. It is surrounded by forests, and is located 10km (6 miles) North-East of Poreč. The antique terrace on the square, which is entered through a Venetian arc, gives one a remarkable view of the sea. Ever since the days of Venetian rule, Višnjan had served as a renowned commercial centre, where all sorts of agricultural products and tools were being sold. Even today, every last Thursday of the month there is a traditional open market held there, which is a special attraction for people from all over Istria.
