Can Corme is a stunning luxury Mallorcan villa located walking distance from Pollensa in the north of the island.

Having been recently renovated, Can Corme looks stunning. Only the best local materials have been used to give the upstairs floor a new dynamic and stylish layout, complete with a design that is to die for.

And the views! Overlooking the marvellous mountains of the Ternelles Valley, they are absolutely breathtaking.

A traditional country house of tremendous character with a sharp and modern twist, the property is surrounded by lush lawns, mature palm trees, orange and lemon trees (pick your own!) and features a private heated swimming pool as its centrepiece.

Entering through a traditional Mallorcan archway you arrive in the gorgeous lounge area. It really is lovely, with old wood beams, whitewashed walls, wooden window shutters and a traditional fireplace. There is also central heating if the temperature cools a little.

The cosy lounge sofas at Can Corme are so inviting, particularly after a day exploring the island They provide a peaceful haven where you can put your feet up and flick through the satellite TV channels, watch a DVD or log on to the internet via the in-house WiFi.

Continue through the lounge and you`ll find the spacious kitchen dining room which goes above and beyond in both form and function. New surfaces and the latest mod cons are all present here: coffee machine, wine fridge, sound system... Can Corme really pulls out the stops.

There is a beautiful twin bedroom on the ground floor at Can Corme; the soft Mediterranean light streaming into the room in the morning. There is also a bathroom complete with elegant vanity units.

Continuing with the meticulous renovation, the owner has transformed the the villa`s old, unused garage into spacious double bedroom with independent access from it`s private sun terrace. There is a stylish en suite bathroom and down the hall there is a snug playroom for tots.

Up to the first floor and you`ll find a further 3 bedrooms which include a large master en suite, elegantly styled, just perfect for a long, hot soak after a busy day exploring the island. There is a second en suite and a third bedroom with its own separate bathroom.

Apart from the master bedroom that has a king sized 4 poster bed, the other 3 bedrooms can be configured as either twin or super king.

The exterior of Can Corme is special indeed. There is a delightful covered terrace with lovely views overlooking the gardens and swimming pool.

The 8m x 6m private swimming pool with stepped entrance can be heated if you wish (there is an extra charge for this). Poolside, there is a lovely patio complete with outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers.

And then there’s the built-in barbecue to enhance that al fresco dining experience.

Suffice it to say, the mountain views from the garden area are absolutely to die for.

There is a private garage for your use, and with the beautiful town of Pollensa just half a kilometre away, and the beach 6 kilometres drive, everything is virtually on your doorstep.

Can Corme is a fabulous modern country house in one of the most beautiful areas in the whole of Mallorca. It`s just made for a holiday to remember with family and/or friends.

*Please note that a security deposit of €1,000 must be provided when renting this property.

*Pool heating is available on request and costs €250 a week.
