Mansion El Vila is comfortably perched on the side of Es Turonet d`El Vilar, and is blessed with absolutely draw dropping vistas from the Bay of Pollensa to the Puig de Maria.

Entering on the first floor, there is an open entrance hall with access to the kitchen to your left, and a large room ideal for entertaining friends and family - it has an indoor barbecue grill as well an enormous table and benches.

Straight ahead is Mansion El Vila`s drawing room - three large leather sofas make it a great space to relax in the evening, or even to take in the sunrise through the sliding glass windows, which can be opened up in the summer for a seamless indoor/outdoor living space.

As with most rooms in the property, the walls are adorned with the owner`s extensive collection of art, the highlight of which is definitely the numerous pieces from Dionis Bennnassar.

Through the french doors in the living room is the dining room, also with sliding doors.

Mansion El Vila`s stylish kitchen is crammed with everything you`ll need to make the most from the local produce available at the markets in Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, and it`s breakfast bar is a great place for snack, although the front terrace is a much better option!

Also on the first floor is a second living room and dining, found past the kitchen. Once again large windows allow for plenty of light , and there is also a television with Spanish cable channels.

Downstairs you`ll find all five the of the bedrooms; there are three doubles and two twin bedrooms - the master suite is found furthest to the left (east) and has a dressing room and en suite bathroom with standing shower and a large bath.

Further down the hall you`ll find the two twins which have terrace access, and share a bathroom with double vanities, a bath and standing shower.

The remaining two double bedrooms share another bathroom - one of these bedrooms is attached to the gym, which is available for guest use and has the same gorgeous views as the terrace above.

Speaking of the terrace, it really is fantastic! Spanning the entire south side of the villa, it has plenty of seating options for all the different views - definitely a tricky choice given that they`re all so spectacular.

Steps lead down from the terrace to the front of the villa where you`ll find not one, but two swimming pools along with sunbeds and parasol.

This five bedroom, three bathroom villa is a choice for groups and large families who wants to be just a short drive from bustling towns, sandy beaches and everything else you could want from a stay in the sun.
