About this property

The big city! the world ! the noise ! You are tired! Come relax in our house, very quiet, 5 minutes from the beach.
The room is upstairs, bathroom and toilet are exclusively for you.
We put at your disposal, 2 bicycles to enjoy the unique and famous charms of Ile-Tudy.
coffee maker, microwave and kettle in the room.(WE DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST)
bath towels and sheets and hygiene products (shower gel and shampoo) are provided.
we provide beach towels.
Our house is the 2nd left in the dead end.
From July 1st to August 31st you must book a minimum of 2 nights.

we are a married couple for 24 years, we love the sea, motorcycle and sport. Our son has taken off, so we find ourselves alone with 1 large room (about 20m2) free.
The rental is a way for us to make beautiful meetings. we like kindness, discretion and politeness. we also like talking, exchanging, with the hosts, as with the travelers.

Possibility of taking a smuggler (boat) to reach Loctudy and its fisherman's port with its auction.

1 / 4h of Bénodet, its cinema, casino, its Thalasso. The nearest supermarket is 3 km (gas and distri-bank).

We have 2 cats.

A bathroom and a toilet are exclusively reserved for you.
You have access to the fridge. you do not have access to the kitchen.
For an extra charge of 5 € per machine you have access to the washing machine and dryer, or extend your laundry outside. We offer you two vtc bikes for adults, (with helmet) free of charge.

Excellent séjour !

La maison est très bien située, au calme et à 5mn de la très jolie petite ville de l'Ile Tudy et de sa magnifique plage. La chambre et les sanitaires sont très joliment aménagés, spacieux et parfaitement propres. Et je garde le meilleur pour la fin : les hôtes sont vraiment très gentils, accueillants et très agréables. Mon séjour dans leur maison a été vraiment plaisant, et je les en remercie sincèrement. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Gros problème à l’arrIvée car nous n’avions ni le nom ni l’adresse de la location !! Le seul nom le Haffond était faux on a cherché + d’1 H très désagréable
