Very bright and functional at the bottom of Villa / House of two apartments located in a very quiet area. This accommodation offers 1 garden of 500 m², 1 beautiful covered terrace of 40m² with dining area "barbecue & Plancha", 1 swimming pool equipped with a security device facing due south, 2 free parking spaces, 3 bedrooms (2 140cm beds) and 2 twin beds of 90cm), a spacious living room with TV, a fitted and very well equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Induction hob, Refrigerator, Freezer…) 1 bathroom with Italian shower / WC, 1 independent WC / washbasin, washing machine, free WIFI.
Pool access from April 4 to September 25. From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
2 umbrella beds, high chair, changing table / baby bath & pushchair - available, on request.
Non-smoking and pets not allowed.
We provide sheets, tea towels and bath towels. When we have a little time we prepare your beds, otherwise the sheets are at your disposal in each room.
A starter kit provided with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning products.

Excellent property with lovely outdoor terrace & pool

Had wonderful stay, St Jean de Luz is beautiful, although a good 20 min walk with hills on way back. An easy drive to either Biarritz or San Sebastián is well worth a trip. The property is very comfortable.

TRES BON SEJOUR EN FAMILLE

Agréable séjour passé en famille dans cette belle demeure spacieuse, lumineuse, propre et bien agencée. Nous avons apprécié l'espace extérieur aménagé couvert avec plancha. Attention toutefois aux personnes de grande taille qui pourraient se cogner la tête en utilisant la plancha. Coté emplacement, une boulangerie est à proximité mais l'éloignement par rapport aux plages ou au centre de Saint Jean de Luz, nous a obligé à prendre la voiture. Notre petite fille de 4 ans n'aime pas marcher !!! L'accès à pied est toutefois possible pour les bons marcheurs. Nous avons aimé le calme de cette résidence et la possibilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété. Au final nous recommandons cette maison ou nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Annonce conforme à la réalité. L'emplacement est idéal pour circuler en voiture (près de l'autoroute) et aller à pied à Saint Jean de Luz. Contacts avec les propriétaires très agréables et fluides.
