Magic Villa Orlando is situated on the secure gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. The Villa has four bedrooms (2 king size beds, 1 double sized bed, and 1 twin bedroom), all with en suite bathrooms.
The villa has a large, modern open plan living and dining area, a spacious kitchen, an outdoor dining area, a games room with snooker and table football, a swimming pool and jacuzzi with multi-coloured lighting, and a decking area perfect for soaking up the floridian sun. To the rear of the villa is 100 metre open space which gives you unique tranquilly.
Please note: The only additional fee for this villa is swimming pool heating. Pool Heating is an additional £15 (USD$20) per night. This can be paid at time of booking or to villa manager during stay (advanced notice required)

With five televisions (including a flat screen in the lounge), high speed internet access, a phone, a PS2, a range of books, DVDs and board games, two sets of golf clubs, pool inflatables, and sun loungers the villa has everything you could possibly need.
The Lounge television receives over 100 stations (including films and UK football).
Towels, hairdryers, a washing machine and tumble dryer can also all be found in the Villa.
The villa is fully air conditioned.
The villa is perfect for all types of holidays, being just 20 minutes from disney world, the local area hosts a wide array of restaurants, shopping malls, and of course Orlando's world renowned tourists attractions.
With a championship golf course just minutes away and Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld and Orlando's other theme parks all within driving distance, the villa is ideally located to ensure you have the holiday of a lifetime.
The Villa is also just an hour away from both the Atlantic Coast (East) and the Gulf of Mexico (West).
There is also a supermarket (Walmart) just 5 minutes away which is perfect for buying groceries and everything else you may need.
Upon arrival a Child safety net will be in place to restrict child access to the pool to ensure safety, which can be easily removed by adults, this is only advised if all guests are confident swimmers.

After many holidays in Orlando, we as a family, decided to purchase a villa ourselves and will still visit at least once a year. We also rent the villa for other visitors to enjoy all central Florida has to offer.

We purchased this villa because it is located on a private gated community. It is within 20 minutes of Disney World, within 30 minutes of Universal and Sea World and an hour from the Gulf of Mexico. It also gives a real feel of local Florida.
What makes this villa unique
The villa is in a quiet, tranquil community, with an open space view by the swimming pool.

Although we were only a small group of people (3) we always look for somewhere nice to stay and certainly found that in Magic Villa Orlando. Always difficult to book somewhere you don't know, but from the start, the helpful owners answered all the queries and followed this up with a reassuring phone call once booked.
We found this to be a quiet gated community (with excellent security on the gate) and away form the hustle and bustle of the busier areas. Having said that, everything you need is in easy traveling distance and Wallmart and Publix are just a few minutes drive away.
This villa was very comfortable and unusual in that all 4 bedrooms have ensuite - after a busy day in the parks we didn't have to worry about waiting to get in the shower! Three of the bedrooms are downstairs and 1 upstairs which makes the villa versatile if you have any disabled people in your party.
On rest days, we relaxed around the pool and with the pool being 'L' shaped, found it afforded more privacy than most - lovely outlook too.
All in all, we spent 3 and a half wonderful weeks here and for that time it felt like home and great to come home to at the end of the day. We were just sorry we had to leave it behind :-(
I fully recommend staying here for your trip as you won't be disappointed. A pleasant experience dealing with such wonderful people as Callum and Keith, who could not have been more helpful.

Excellent!
It was perfect! No complaints. Owners were very responsive. Pool was heated perfectly for our visit and the hot tub was wonderful on the cool evenings. We stayed elsewhere last year and paid for pool heat but it was a joke. These guys don't cut corners! Plenty of space, bathroom in each room! They have thought of everything! The location was perfect for us. About an hour from Tampa, 20 mins from Legoland, and 30 to 40 mins to Sea World. We hope to be back!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!
Great place and owners!
The villa was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was great and a perfect location for our spring break baseball trip. Property manager Christine was so friendly and helpful. Can't say enough for how kind and gracious the owners were when our trip was in jeopardy because of a family emergency.
A little tired
I gave it 4 stars because there were lots of lights that were out and it needs a good cleaning... fans, walls. Other wise the house was spacious and the pool was great!
The villa ticked every box on your list.
The additional information given to us by the owners made the stay even better. And Manny restaurant provide true American steaks.

My overall experience was great. Villa is spacious, clean and beautiful. All rooms were decorated nicely. Upstairs bedroom shower have very low water pressure.
