About the property

Close to everything - 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms - private sauna.

In the heart of CHAMONIX next to the Aiguille du Midi lift station. A beautiful ground floor apartment in a peaceful cul de sac.

There are 2 large bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the sitting room. One bedroom has an en suite shower room. Bedrooms can be double or two single beds so suitable for friends or family. The other bedroom has a separate shower room and toilet.

The kitchen/dining room has a hob, combination overn and microwave & fridge. The basement sitting room is bright with natural light from a window. It has a 48-inch plasma TV showing UK Freeview channels & an Xbox plus an assortment of games & DVDs. The apartment also has its own sauna. There is free wi-fi. There is a bluetooth speaker. We provide a universal power socket so that you can plug in your own devices. A small safe is available to protect your valuables.

There is off-street parking which is barrier protected (we’ll provide you with a remote). The apartment is in the centre of Chamonix just a minute’s walk from the nearest Michelin-starred restaurant and four minute’s walk from the bustling high street.

We want you to feel at home so we provide a welcome pack including wine, tea, coffee, juice and milk amongst other things. We provide Molton Brown toiletries, good quality bedding and towels by The White Company, Designer’s Guild or the like.

A well-behaved dog may be accepted with prior agreement.

There is a Ski Set shop next door for ski or board hire.

Very traditional and high quality apartment, perfectly situated

We had a great stay. This was our second visit to Chamonix (previous 18 years ago) and Chamonix really is a lovely place. The apartment is right next to the Aigulle du Midi cable car and is perfectly situated for the town centre, yet despite this is extremely peaceful. There is good off the road parking. Inside the apartment is very comfortable and has really nice features and is equipped to an extremely high standard. There is English speaking TV if you wish. Gill and Andy were very helpful throughout from the time of booking and right up-to prompt refund of the deposit. Highly recommended!

perfect for a stay in Chamonix

Gill & Andy made us feel very welcome. The apartment was perfect for a a very comfortable and stylist stay near to all the amenities Chamonix has to offer. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely go again.

Wonderful apartment

Gill and Andy were very welcoming and great hosts. They are happy to provide any recommendations and left a welcome basket full of goodies! The property is clean, cozy and in a great location. The sauna was a nice bonus- perfect after a day of skiing! I hope to be back again soon!

Amazing apartment wonderful hosts brilliant skiing

Andy and Gill’s chalet is in the perfect location in Chamonix. We drove over from Geneva so was great to see they had private off street parking for us. When my friend and I arrived we were greeted with a lovely welcome hamper left for us in the Chalet. It had loads of useful things inside and it was clear they had put a lot of thought into making us feel welcome.

The Chalet itself was amazing. Two large luxury bedrooms, one with on suite and the other next to the main bathroom. The kitchen and living room were immaculate and absolutely everything had been thought of to make sure our stay was perfect.

We were using the chalet as a base for us to get four full days of skiing in so were out during the day. In the evening we made good use of all the facilities - Ski boot drying Rack, Sauna, flat screen TV with X Box and loads of UK channels.

Andy and Gill were great. They know the area inside out and couldn't have been friendlier. We were treated to a couple of great evenings in their company. We got the impression and Andy and Gill were very passionate about their rental and making sure guests had a good time. That's why we had a great time and will 100% be back! Thanks for an amazing stay Andy and Gill.

Cozy and Convenient

Andy and Gill's cozy chalet is steps from everything in Chamonix. We loved the location and the comfort during our stay. Andy and Gill are terrific hosts and little touches, like the welcome basket and very detailed information packet, made our stay that much better.

The property is clean, new and was the perfect size for our party of three. The sauna and boot heater are bonus comforts at the end of a long day of skiing!

We'll definitely return if we are headed to Chamonix in the future and I'd recommend the property to any of my friends and family.
