Character house ideally located in the heart of the small village of Kervoyal and in the immediate vicinity of the 2 beaches (300m), not terraced and very quiet, close to very famous fishing spots.
200m2 house with 6 bedrooms with a large fruit garden (plum, mirabelle, pear, apple ...) closed 1500m2.
Very comfortable and well equipped house.

(Possibility to rent in addition a small house adjoining the garden with a capacity of 5 people for € 60 a night).

À refaire

Séjour magique dans une grande maison de famille atypique agréable et bien équipée. Très beau jardin dont le temps incertain nous a néanmoins permis de profiter. Les enfants étaient ravis de pouvoir bénéficier des équipements et jouets à leur disposition. Proche de la plage et du centre de Damgan, nous avons tout fait à pied!

Week-end entre amis

Nous étions un groupe de 14. La maison est super, atypique, avec des petits recoins partout, tout comme le jardin (qui doit être très agréable l'été). A proximité immédiate de la mer. Catherine est très disponible, bonne communication. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Merci.

Logement agréable adapté aux familles

Location spacieuse, bien située, bien équipée, dont les nombreux objets chinés donnent une ambiance vintage très cocoonante. La cuisine n'est peut-être pas aussi fonctionnelle que dans une maison moderne, mais on s'y sent bien, comme dans une maison de famille. L'espace extérieur, avec ses coins, ses recoins et ses nombreux espaces de farniente ou de rencontre, est juste top ! Idéal pour les familles avec enfants,. Cerise sur le gâteau : le bon rapport qualité-prix.
