About this property

Beautiful stone house renovated in 2018, the cottage can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, it consists of a large living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, 2nd living room overlooking the fenced garden , 3 bedrooms, large bathroom with separate bath and shower .WC. Bathroom and wc on the ground floor.
New bedding, very comfortable and bright rooms. Off season Heating 15 € / d.
The house is however not recommended for people with reduced mobility because the stairs are steeper than normal and there are differences in levels between the 2 stays and the bathroom.(see photos)
Beautiful plot of 4.000 m² fenced.
In Black Perigord, 4 km from Le Bugue and all shops, you will find the beaches of the Dordogne and Vézère to swim, and also the leisure center pond Bos. (lake, pools, waterslides pedal ....)

High heritage sites: Sarlat, Montignac, Lascaux, Domme, Beynac, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, Belves, Beaumont-du-Perigord, Monpazier, Limeuil, and many more sites: everything is nearby.

enjoyable stay

We stayed here a week in July - family of 4. It was a welcome sight after a long journey, very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. It is a very quiet location, with just a neighbouring couple in an attached property but we never really heard or saw much of them. We found plenty to do locally and further afield - caves, lovely villages, ancient settlements, châteaux, canoeing, etc Could fill two, three or even four weeks here easily! Owners made sure that everything was ok for us during our stay.

Schilderachtig huisje in de Dordogne!!!

Ons verblijf is heel goed geweest in dit schilderachtige huisje in de Dordogne. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede keuken met alles erop en eraan en de badkamer met inloopdouche, bad, toilet en wasmachine was helemaal top. Bedden zijn qua comfort niet wat wij gewend zijn, zeker beneden viel dat wat tegen. Bedden boven zijn beter, maar als het warm is buiten word het boven ook heel warm. Trapje naar boven is spannend en als je slecht ter been bent is dat een uitdaging. Winkels (diverse supermarkten, bakker etc.) en andere leuke activiteiten heel dicht in de buurt en toch lekker rustig van de hoofdwegen en drukte af. Lekker ontspannen met een geweldig uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Voor- en achtertuin voorzien van voldoende (lig)stoelen en tafels. Huisje ligt midden in de natuur wat ervoor zorgt dat er wel wat ongedierte (spinnen, kevers e.d.) in huis rondkruipt en dat houdt je niet buiten de deur.

Merveilleuse découverte

Tant l'emplacement au milieu de la campagne (mais à 4 km seulement de tous les commerces) que le gîte et son magnifique jardin nous ont permis de passer de merveilleuses vacances à proximité de Sarlat et de nombreux sites à découvrir (jardins de Marquessac...). A recommander vivement.
