Nice Savoyard chalet spread over 4 half-levels. Located in the quiet of the Aravis valley facing the Etale massif, a place called "Les étages" set back from the Aravis pass road in the middle of a park. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the pastures. You will have access to the Aravis ski area at the same time by the telemix of Etale to 500 m and by the chairlift of the combe of the mares to 400 m.

Très beau Chalet

Bien situé,très confortable,une seule salle de bain mais en gérant bien pas de problème. Très vaste et sous sol super avec salle de jeux et Billard et aménagement pour ski et chaussures au garage et espace devant pour la luge pour les enfants si suffisamment enneigé ‘ce qui a été le cas au début de la semaine. Très peu de contraintes et environnement splendide isolé et calme et propice à de belles promenades.

La vie fut belle

La montagne, des vaches aves leurs clarines, des prés en pentes, un ruisseau à vingt mètres du chalet, des oiseaux, la nature dans sa splendeur... et puis pas loin La Cluzaz et toutes ses propositions d'activités pour acheter, contenter les jeunes et les petits... tout ceci à partir de ce très beau chalet à recommander!

Surement mieux en été qu'en hiver

Rien à dire sur l'accueil, la place disponible, les équipements présent dans le chalet. Par contre la chalet étant assez ancien, il y a des problèmes d'isolation thermique qui engendre des problèmes de condensation au niveau des chambres sous toitures (goutes d'eau tombant du plafond, trace de moisissures....) L'emplacement est idéal pour les skieurs, car permettant moyennant une centaine de mètres en "hors piste" (prairie) et +/-50 m de marche et départ et un retour ski au pied via le massif de l'Etale.

Très agréable séjour

Au coeur des Aravis, nous avons apprécié la localisation de ce joli chalet pas trop loin du centre de La Clusaz mais aux portes des alpages. L'accueil a été parfait et nous n'avons manqué de rien pour passer de superbes vacances.
