Pretty old house, 2 steps from Port-Mélite, and white sand beaches, including a living room / kitchen / fireplace and upstairs two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds square; a bathroom with WC.
A 100m2 garden with a terrace, facing south.(BBQ, garden table and chairs, parasol). Ideal family.
The nautical center of Groix is at the end of the chemin de Port-Mélite, ie 2 minutes from the house. Sailing lessons, and boat rental by the hour.
For shopping, Intermarché is 500 m, the Bourg 1 km.

Rudimentaire mais charmant

Dans cette ancienne maison de pêcheur, un couple s'y tient à l'aise. A plus de deux, il faut savoir composer. Situé très au calme dans le bourg de Séné, ce logis permet de rayonner en quelques minutes (à pied) vers la petite plage de Port Mélite (à vélo) et vers le sud-sud-est de l'île (les plages des sables rouges, des grands sables, le merveilleux bourg de Locmaria). Toujours à vélo, en quelques dizaines de minutes, vous êtes à la point de l'Enfer ou à Port Saint Nicolas, via les beaux hameaux de Créhal et de Quéhello. En prévoyant de pédaler davantage, en moins d'une 1/2 heure, vous êtes dans le nord de l'île : bourg de Quelhuit et sa chapelle Saint Léonard, fort du Grognon (véridique ! ne se visite pas, hélas), phare terrestre de Pen Men... Commerces à quelques minutes à vélo, 1/4h à pied.

Maisonnette cosy et bien située

Ce logement est idéalement situé sur l'île, pas loin des commerces et du bourg, et de deux belles plages. L'idéal est de louer des vélos, et à vous la belle vie groisillonne ! L'arrivée était facile grâce à M. Menant qui gère le logement, et qui est très arrangeant et de bon conseils. La maison est petite mais agréable et parfait pour un couple et des vacances entre repos et baignade :)
