Very Central 3 bedroom apartment. close to the beach. This Fully air conditioned is ideal for a family vacation or for a group of friends. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is serviced with a lift. Within a walking distance one finds a number of bars, restaurants and shops. St. Julian's and Paceville are within a walking distance and Valletta is a fifteen minute bus trip away. Valletta can also be reached by boat from the area called "The Ferries" which is in Sliema.

About Andre Grech

I was born in 1975 and lived my first years in Guardamangia. As I grew up I moved with my family to Madliena and when I got married we moved to Sliema. I studied at De La Salle College and High School and later on continued my Studies in Enology and wine trade at the Institute of Tourism Studies. Today I'm CEO of Mirachem Ltd., one of the leading companies in the wine trade. In 2012 together with my wife Elaine I ventured in the Holiday Letting Business and today we offer eight properties in Sliema, St. Julian's and St. Paul's Bay.
