This luxurious, beach-front penthouse is set in beautiful gardens, with a very large swimming pool and ample areas to enjoy the all day sunshine. The gardens give direct access to the beach and promenade. The penthouse benefits from a large, very well equipped terrace, where you can enjoy the sun rising over the Mediterranean, as well as enjoying all your meals 'al fresco' with the sound of the sea for company. This penthouse is furnished throughout, with top quality furniture and fittings and would be the perfect place to enjoy your holidays. The lounge area is very spacious, has comfortable seating and a large, flat screen TV. More importantly, spectacular sea views, through very large patio doors. There is a dining area with comfortable seating for 6 people, which, again, enjoys magnificent sea views. The very spacious kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with top of the range German appliances, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The master bedroom has sea views and patio doors leading to an upper terrace and benefits from built in, fully equipped wardrobes, with an en suite bathroom, having bath, over bath shower, double vanity sinks and toilet. There is ample cupboard space and a hair-dryer.

The second bedroom has twin single beds, patio doors leading to the upper level terrace, magnificent sea views and enjoys ample built in wardrobe space. The third bedroom has two single beds and ample built in wardrobe space. There is a family bathroom on the upper floor and, for added convenience, a cloakroom on the lower level for guests. The very large lower terrace is furnished to a very high standard with ample sunbeds, high quality, lounge, wicker style furniture, an 'alfresco' table - seating 6, a gas BBQ and a parasol. A beautiful place to enjoy your hard-earned holiday.

This penthouse enjoys the benifit of WIFI via a fibre optic link and a full T.V chanel set-up including BBC,ITV and Sky.

The beautiful gardens give access directly to the promenade and beach. Just a short walk away, are two beach restaurants/bars. A further 10 minute walk along the promenade will bring you to the fishing village of Sabinillas, with its countless restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is set equidistant from the very popular marinas of La Duquesa and Estepona, with, again, a huge selection of bars, shops and restaurants, giving ample opportunity for people watching and relaxing. Both marinas enjoy local craft markets and enough discos to keep party people very happy. Estepona is either a bus ride or a short drive away. This town is known as the garden town of the Costa del Sol. With its very wide sandy beach, long broad promenade and flowers adorning both promenade and streets. Estepona town has an extensive pedestrian shopping precinct and the square, Plaza de las Flores, is a venue for everyone's itinerary. For those visitors with younger children, there is a very sheltered bay, just 4 kilometres from the apartment (Playa Cristo). This has a very broad sweep of sand, very shallow, calm waters, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and two excellent beach bars. The famous town of Marbella is just a 20 minute drive from the apartment. Well known for its up-market shops, pedestrian, Moorish old town, as well as beautiful beach and, of course, Puerto Banus, where one can spend hours admiring the beautiful yachts, cars and people, as well as visiting its world famous restaurants and shops. For the sporting clients, the list of amenities is endless. This coast is also known as the Costa del Golf, as there are in excess of 50 golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the apartment. These cater for all levels of skill and handicap, ranging from a local 9 hole course, to the best courses in Europe, Valderrama and Finca Cortesin. With all the attractions available on the Costa del Sol, one that is often missed, is the train journey from San Roque to Ronda. This was listed in the BBC series, Top 5 train journeys in the world. This one hour and 40 minute journey, goes through some of the most spectacular scenery that we have ever seen. It was built by the British to give rest and recuperation for its troops based in Gibraltar. Speaking of Gibraltar, this UK enclave can be visited very easily from the apartment, either by bus or car. The dolphin and whale watching is another 'not to be missed' excursion, with some companies offering a free trip if you do not see dolphins. The journey to the Top of the Rock, with its outstanding views of Africa, a walk around the Botanical gardens, a visit to Europa Point (being the most southerly point of Europe) as well as duty free shopping in the Main Street and Square. A visit to the caves is also worthwhile. If you plan to visit Gibraltar, do not forget your passport.

A little further away is the very laid back town of Tarifa, famous for its windsurfing and beautiful beaches and dunes of the Costa de la Luz. Just 10 kilometres beyond this, lies Bolonia, with some of the best preserved Roman ruins, as well as a beach that can only be described as magnificent.

Granada, with its world heritage site of the Alhambra and Generalife is under a two hour drive away (please purchase your tickets online before travelling, as this may save you a long queue).

Also, a very easy 2 hour drive, is the wonderful city of Seville. This has so many attractions, that it would be impossible to list them in the space provided, although, not to be missed, are the Cathedral and the Plaza España.
