Charming villa of 150 m2 completely renovated.

Its location is perfect to discover the region, 5 minutes from downtown Porto Vecchio but away from the hustle and bustle. You can also easily reach the beautiful beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia or the Aiguilles de Bavella for those who prefer the mountain.

The garden of 2600m2 offers spaces for everyone, a playground with trampoline and ping pong, beautiful rocks typical of Corsica. You benefit from two terraces (about 100m2) including one under the trees. The heated pool (except July / August) has a solarium equipped with deckchairs.

The villa consists of three bedrooms: two bedrooms with a bed of 160x200 and a family room with a bed of 160x200 (possibility of two beds of 80x200), a bunk bed including a drawer bed, or 9 beds in total. Each room is air conditioned and has its own shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. All rooms are also equipped with a TV.

The fully equipped kitchen (including fridge with ice machine) is open on a living room of 70 m2 with fireplace. The house also has a scullery.

The neat decoration has been chosen to give you a holiday spirit and calm.

You can benefit from the beds made on arrival and the supply of linen for a fee of 30 euros per person.

The cleaning fee, which is mandatory, must be paid directly to the service provider. It amounts to 200 euros. If you wish, you can call on the same provider during your stay.

For the period of July and August, the rental must be from Sunday to Sunday
