Apartment of 65 m2 with magnificent sea view. On the second floor with elevator of the ALTEA SOL residence. This is located on the seafront 800 m from the city center of ALTEA.
Apartment 2/4 pers: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 150 with sea view. A large living room with a very functional 140 seater 2 seater sofa. WI FI and international TV channels.
Large sliding windows to enjoy the view.
1 bathroom, kitchenette. All in a very beautiful sober and design decor.
The residence has direct access to the beach and has 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated all year round.

Beautiful sea view

The apartment is situated just outside of Altea town centre, so only a short walk away (about 15mins). There is also a good tram link close by which runs from Alicante to Denia - so you can visit other towns pretty easily (fares are around 1.45 euros one way). As we did not have a car, we found this invaluable. The only minus was that as a self catering apartment, there are no shops close by - the nearest one is 300m away, so carrying water that distance can be tricky, especially if you do not have a car. There is a beautiful sea view with the apartment and windows which open completely to make the most of it. We did however miss having a balcony and being able to sit outside of an evening and this is the only reason we have given this a four star rating. Overall a beautiful apartment, situated in a beautiful part of Cap Negret.

Wonderful beach location close to Altea town

Beautiful beach apartment with breathtaking views onto the sea and all the amenities needed. 10 minutes walking to beautiful Altea and across the road from the tram station. Host was very attentive and booking process was seamless. Looking forward to staying again. Breda and Alan

Nice place, shame about the rain!

Owners gave good communication, we had to wait a little for manager to gain entry but we were well ahead of normal check in time. First impression of apartment is good, after a while some of the cleaning seems to have been a little light, (tops of doorways, washer drawer, upper surfaces on lamps). Unfortunately during our stay the weather was extraordinarily bad for an extended time and this resulted in some ingress of water in the closed in balcony area. The owners are aware of this and have made offers to us. The seating is comfortable as is the bed, with linen and towels left for our 2 week stay. The location was as we wanted, out of center but within easy walking distance. Great views towards Calpe and the morning sun from the large sliding windows. There was very little noise from adjoining apartments and none from the road. Access can be made by two lifts which were clean as were all the communal spaces. The parking was good and secure off the busy road. I know the listing does not specify an oven as is clear on the photos, but I believe it would be beneficial to have one installed ( a little rejig of the peninsular bar maybe?) Overall only the weather spoilt our stay and this apartment will be kept in mind for a return to the area.

Perfect getaway

Was as expectedly, the pictures were the same. Everything in order, we were met on time and no hiccups at all. Lovely view from the apartment of the sea. The area is accessible via train, which was always on time. Thank you for a great place to stay.
