The apartment is composed of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 independent toilet, veranda equipped with kitchen and canisse covered terrace, located on the ground floor without sea view in the very pretty residence Faounzina, feet in the water with direct access to the Favone beach. You can take advantage of the very beautiful garden of the residence, naturally sported and equipped with chairs, tables and charcoal barbecues for lunch under the trees in front of the sea or else decide to take a nap lulled by the song of the cicadas and the comings and goings of wavelets. From our pine forest you will dominate the superb bay of Favone and benefit from a breathtaking panorama. No noise pollution since the residence is located at the end of a dead end, no road to cross, access to the beach is through a small gate, the garden is closed.

Wunderbarer Garten, direkt am Strand

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen, der Garten wunderbar mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und direkt neben einem schönen Strand. Das Appartment hat uns (Familie mit 4 Kindern im Alter von 6 bis 12) nur mässig gefallen. Insbesondere in der Küche fehlte es an Vielem (keine Tassen, sehr beschränktes Kochgeschirr, keine Trockentücher, Gasherd ohne Zündung und mit nur 3 funktionierenden Flammen). Aus dem Abfluss im Bad kamen üble Gerüche. Für 6 Personen war es ok, für 10 Personen ist es definitiv zu eng (auch wenn ausreichend Betten da sind). In der Nähe gibt es weitere schöne Strände und zu den Gumpen oberhalb von Solenzara fährt man mit dem Auto nur 30 Minuten.

une vue superbe

Appartement trés bien équipé, marie trés accueillante et sympatique. Un cadre chaleureux dans une ambiance conviviale autour des barbecues. Juste une odeur désagréable lors de la baignade sur la plage de Favone (mais pas du ressort du propriétaire).

Encore mieux en vrai !

Jardin exceptionnel et très bien équipé (tables de pique nique et barbecues), accès à une plage superbe. Appartement conforme à la description. Confort moyen dans les parties communes mais très propre et très fonctionnel. Accueil très sympathique et arrangeant.
