A beautiful two story detached house with private pool set in large enclosed grounds. This property was made available for the first time in 2014 and is officially licensed by the tourist board of Ibiza which ensures that all accommodation is maintained to the highest possible standard.

The property sleeps eight.

The main house sleeps up to six in three bedrooms (2 x double and 1 x twin room) with two bathrooms, a lounge/diner with satellite TV and DVD player and a large separate kitchen. There are ceiling fans in every room. The two upstairs bedrooms lead onto a large wrap-round terrace with views to open countryside.

There is also a separate studio apartment with its own entrance accommodating a further two people consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom and living area with satellite TV and ceiling fans.

The house and the separate apartment offer UK satellite TV with all SKY Freeview channels available. Unlimited Broadband WI-FI is available free of charge throughout the property.

There are various outside garden areas including a covered dining area, two lounge areas, sun-beds and a large swimming pool. There is parking for up to four cars.

Upon your arrival you will be met by a representative of the management company who we employ to ensure that your arrival is as stress free as possible. They will show you around the house and ensure that you have everything that you need to enjoy your holiday. They will be available throughout your stay in the unlikely event that you encounter any problems with the property.

The house is situated in a semi-rural environment but is not far from the attractions of Santa Eulalia with its bars, restaurants & beaches, which are a fifteen minute walk away. Santa Eulalia is a vibrant working town offering great shopping, bars & restaurants offering just about every variety of food that you can imagine with prices that suit every budget, a world class marina and beautiful beaches. Santa Eulalia really is the gem in Ibiza's crown.

The beautiful beach of Niu Blau with the attraction of Pura Vida, one of Ibiza’s premier dining venues is also a fifteen minute walk from the villa.

A lovely villa ideal for families

This is a lovely villa in a quiet area, but with an easy walk into Santa Elaulia. When we arrived we were met by a rep from the management company who took us through the house and showed us where everything was and gave us a phone number if we had any problems, which we didn't.

The villa was very clean and had everything that we needed, there is a large barbeque by the pool which we used a lot, plenty of seating and the garden has the sun on it all day long. The town is close by and we went in there most days but didn't use the beaches as the pool at the villa was enough for us.

This was our first time in Ibiza and we really fell in love with it, we wsished that we had hired a car though so that we could see more of the island. Maybe next time.

The perfect holiday

We holidayed here as two families and there was so much space that we didn’t feel as if we were living on top of each other. Our friends stayed in the separate apartment while we stayed in the main house with our two teenage sons and my mum. The villa is in a lovely location, quiet and peaceful but only a short walk into Santa eulalia. We spent most days around the pool and ate in most nights while the kids did their own thing during the day, it was nice knowing that they were only a short walk away from the town and beaches. Mum was happy that there was English TV so that she could watch her soaps and the boys were glued to the internet every night!

What a lovely place to stay

We had a wonderful time in Casa Tortuga, the house was private, well appointed, spotlessly clean, there were lots of different areas where we could either all be together or chill out separately and it was a joy having our own pool, we hardly bothered with the beach despite it being so close. When we arrived there was complimentary wine and cava left for us which was a nice touch. Our teenage son and his girlfriend loved having their own apartment, they had their independence but we could still keep an eye on them. We hired a car which was handy for a supermarket shop and allowed us to explore the rest of the island but we walked into town to eat most evenings. The town is lovely with more bars and restaurants than we could visit but sadly we didn’t discover the marina until it was almost time to go home. We will definitely come back here, we had the best holiday in years and were sad to leave.
