Beautiful new house (2017), very quiet, without vis-à-vis, located in the heart of the city of Andernos les Bains, 150 meters from the market, 300 meters from the beach. Realized all in wood by an architect, it corresponds to the houses of the style of the Basin in a very calm and sunny environment. Bike path next door.

New bedding, fully equipped, barbecue, deckchairs - Garden 50m ² facing south including a terrace of 20m ² - Parking privatized in front of the house.

Smoking is allowed outside the house. Pets allowed on request and acceptance of the owner (small dog or cat - provide 10 € extra week).

Minimum 3 nights out of season - Water / electricity / heating included. Linen / towels included except during the promotional period - Cleaning to be done by you except on request when booking (35 €).

Ideal for a couple with or without children (maximum 3 people).

Séjour à Andernos

Très bon emplacement à proximité du bassin. La maison est mignonne (même si quelques m² de plus auraient été apprécié), et au calme. Le parking est un + Le seul point à revoir reste l'équipement (frigo petit et sans congélateur) et vaisselle limitée.

Chalet en bois très cosy tout confort neuf avec terrasse ensoleillée à l abri des regards au calme près du bassin et du centre, nous avons eu des conditions climatiques exceptionnelles sans la foule estivale, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super jolie petite maison

Très jolie et agréable maison en plein cœur de la ville d'Andernos - paisible hors saison - tout à proximité. A refaire même en été car la maison est juste à côté de la piste cyclable donc au calme. Nous recommandons cette jolie maison.
