The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including 2 single beds and a double bed, 1 including a double bed and 1 including a sofa bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a fan, mosquito nets and cleaning products.
Note that the cleaning and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed.
Following a decree in the var, limiting the use of water, it is forbidden to fill up swimming pools. the pool is currently full but cannot be refilled to adjust the water level. furthermore, if the weather is too dry and the pool becomes too empty, automatic cleaning will not be possible. no compensation will be given if the pool is not usable as these are exceptional water restrictions.
