The apartment is located within a complex of 4 buildings with private parking, outdoor showers, bowls pitch, green area and equipped barbecue area. Guests can use the outdoor showers to cool off on their return from the sea and have free access to the large barbecue area to organize parties and / or barbecues with their friends and family!

The accommodation covers an area of 70 square meters and consists of: 2 bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed, 1 bathroom, closet, living room / kitchen where there is a sofa bed and terrace where you can have lunch and dinner. The latter overlooks a small garden; the result is therefore a particularly secluded and peaceful accommodation that can accommodate 4 people to which, on request, it is possible to add 2 additional beds with the use of a sofa bed in the kitchen. Animals are allowed in the apartment, but at the discretion of the property, smoking is allowed.

The environment of the structure is very peaceful and familiar: for this reason our apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to take a relaxing holiday.

All this is located about 600 m from the sea where there is a free beach, reachable with a 5-minute walk.
