About this property

Large house on three floors from the end of the 19th century, originally intended for the foremen of the canning factories of Morgat.
It is the oldest large house in the area.
Exceptional location overlooking the bay, close to the port, the beach and shops.
Even today, the district is particularly calm, and access to all the services of the seaside resort is immediate.
Every room in the house has a sea view.
Below the beach, and 50m from the start of hiking trails to Cap de la Chèvre, the Virgin Island and the site of Ty ar C'huré.
The house was completely renovated and insulated from 2007.
Attached to the house, a lean-to to put personal belongings (bicycle, surfing, windsurfing ...), and two parking spaces in the garden.
The garden is sheltered from the winds and planted with trees, and a terrace surrounded by walls makes it possible to arrange the garden furniture and thus to look at the bay below.

A great place to stay

The house is in a perfect location to make the most of the beautiful Crozon Peninsular, while still being close to walk to Morgat's many pubs and restaurants in the evening. Kador woods are on your doorstep and access to the extensive coastal footpath is very nearby. It's a great location for beach lovers, surfers and walkers alike. Eric is a wonderful host, very friendly and super helpful.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Die Schlafräume sind sehr sauber und großzügig, Lage und Garten wunderbar, Inventar in Küche und Wohnzimmer sollte teilweise erneuert werden.

Katastrophe!

Das Ferienhaus ist feucht und stinkt. Im Flur fällt der Putz von den Wänden. In der Küche ist Schimmel - auch in den Schränken und Ecken. Was hier teilweise als Möbel steht, hat Sperrmüllqualität. Die Möbel im Garten sind billige Plastikteile. Es war furchtbar. Wir konnten nicht bleiben. Auch wegen dem Ungeziefer im Haus.
