Villa Arguin offers a garden in a very pleasant and family area located close to the beach and shops.
The access to the city center is done in 5 mn via the cycle track that serves all the tour of the Bassin d'Arcachon.
Ideally placed between Arcachon and Cap Ferret to visit all the sites of our region (the winter town of Arcachon, the Pyla dune, the Teich ornithological park, the tchanque huts, the Arguin bench, Cap Ferret, the ocean ...)
House entirely renovated with 2 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room (LCD TV 107 cm and wifi connection), 1 bathroom with 1 washing machine and 1 WC.
At your disposal: 1 barbecue, 1 parasol, 1 large outdoor table, 2 sunbeds, 1 garden furniture, 1 very large garage to deposit the bikes and 1 car slot.

Emplacement idéal et gîte très confortable

Le gîte est tout à fait conforme à la description. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Emplacement idéal, à proximité de la plage et de la ville. Parfait pour rayonner autour du bassin. Contact très aisé avec la propriétaire. Si on revient dans la région, ce sera là!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer angenehmen Umgebung nicht weit vom Bassin.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt zu zweit benötigt. In 2 min Fußweg erreicht man das bassin d'arcachon und kann jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Auch zum Baden perfekt (natürlich bei Flut). Das Ein- und Auschecken war völlig unkompliziert und wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt zu Clarisse und Estelle. Vielen Dank für alles.

Très bien

On apprécie la propreté l equipement la qualité de la literie et la déco de la maison. Petit déjeuner au soleil très agréable. Le bassin au bout de la rue.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen nah am Bassin

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlich & nett eingerichteten Ferienhäuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Clarisse war äußerst gastfreundlich und behilflich bei Fragen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund ums Becken, unübertrefflich die Dune du Pilat und natürlich der herrlich wilde Atlantik !
