Floor area: 130m2 + 100 m2 private terrace. Set at 15 meter from the beach, is a new and exclusive apartment, with sea views. Patio windows open onto a large balcony with room to eat 'al fresco'. Recently completed, the furnishings and fittings are of the highest standard. Central heating, air conditioning, entrance, kitchen, laundry, tv, strongbox garden, big swimming pool, solarium &toilets. Pets not allowed, private parking, storage room. The big terrace is really good for families with children. It´s really new, so we have just furnished it with new furniture. Only rented few weeks on summer. New! Parking included!

At the 1st floor, you can use our new and a very nice social club, were you can see the TV, play table games.

Spanish Gastronomy: Spanish Gastronomy:

The rice constitutes one of the great chapters in the culinary history of this region. You can cook it in more than 300 different manner of ways and styles:

- Arroz a la marinera (fisherman's rice)

- Arroz al horno (oven-baked rice)

- Arroz amb fesols i naps (with beans and turnips)

- Arroz con costra (topped with a 'crust' of omelette)

Other variations allow for the rice to be flavoured with squid (calamar) and tunny fish, chicken and fillet of pork, baby squid (chipirones) and garlic shoots, or tunny fish and shrimps (gambas).

At the seaside, shellfish and salt-dried fish are on the menus of every restaurant. The day's choice might include gilthead (dorada), bass baked in salt (lubina a la sal), seafood with a squeeze of lemon, or some delicious sea-fresh red mullet (salmonete) and whiting (pescadilla).

In the mountain areas, rice forms an integral part of the olleta,a typical dish in which it is mixed with pork, sausage meats, pumpkin, turnip, chard stalk

How cook a 'paella': A rice dish for six persons:

600 g rice

480 g rabbit

600 g chicken

24 snails

180 g grated tomato

180 g 'garrofó' (special beans for paella)

180 g 'judias' (normal white beans)

6 tea spoons of olive oil

a few strands of saffron

1 tbsp sweet red pepper

salt and yellow colouring for paella

200 g ferraura (green beans for paella)

Place the paella over the heat with olive oil and some salt, when it is hot add the chicken and rabbit frying them over a low heat until gold brown. Add all the beans, fry a little longer and add the tomato. When these has been fried, add the sweet pepper and the water very fast (2.5 - 3 l). At boiling point add the snails, cleaned and boiled previously, saffron, colouring and a pinch of salt. After boiling for 15 minutes, the rice will be distributed evenly, after that it will be cooked for 6 minutes over fast heat and over a low heat for the rest of the time until it is done.

The apartment is delightful

We have stayed at this apartment 2 times over this year with 3 teenagers.

The apartment is delightful, new, always well looked after and immaculately clean. It is well equipped and is a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

The view from the apartment is wonderful with sea views across the bay towards the Penon.

We always have a wonderful time in Calpe. The beach is just infront of it and there are plenty of excellent restaurants at the "paseo". Calpe town is also within walking distance.

There is an easy, shaded parking inside the buiding apartment, although a car is not really needed as everything you need for relaxing holiday is close by. The owners, Jose and Alicia are always very helpful - a delight to deal with.

I would highly recommend the apartment - we will certainly be back.

Another perfect stay

Just another perfect stay - great hosts, great location, great apartment. Everything is close (2 beaches, small supermarket, panaderia, restaurants). Big patio is good for kids to play at. Might be noisy at night but that's what you pay for living close to the beach with its bars and discos. Will definitely come back again. Thank you Alicia & Jose!

Magnifique location!

C´est un appartement neuf et avec des prestations de qualité :

2 belles chambres donnant surla terrase, 2 salles de bains avec WC, Deux très grand balcon donnant sur une vue magnifique de la mer et peñon d´Ifach.

La clim est présente mais inutile car l'air est frais et agréable.

Idéalement situé (juste une rue à traverser et vous êtes à la plage!), tous commerces à proximité. Les propriétaires sont charmants, très accueillants et arrangeants (nous avons souhaités arriver en milieu de semaine, cela a été possible).

En définitive, nous avons passé 9 jours formidables dans un bel appartement! Les propriétaires sont disponibles et soucieux de notre bien-être. Les enfants ont grandement appréciés (9 et 10 ans). Nous reviendrons

Great Swimming pool, after the beach

Thanks Jose, One again we all enjoy very much and have just had a wonderful two week stay in Calpe! Both children and adults (included grandmother) enjoyed it here!

Swimming pool is very big and amazing...

Apartment is big, the building is well kept, and the apartment is spacious, well maintained and well equipped. The view from terrace is amazing! Proximity to beach, shops and restaurants are perfect. Many possibilities for excursions in the surrounding area.

Communication with the owner has been informative and friendly throughout the process.

We would love to come back next year :)

Just 1 minutes to the sandy beach

We had a great time in this fabulous apartment. Is first sea position. It is 1 minutes from the sandy and big La fossa beache, and just a few more minutes to the small beaches near gthe port. With many cafes and restaurants so there is no need to move the car once arrived. The balcony is large and there is nothing better than sitting in the sun with a good book a glass of wine !

It it the best equipped letting we have had. The apartment building itself is very well cared for and immaculately clean with pool on site if preferred.

yes, thoroughly recommend it and will be back!

The apartment was very well equipped. The air condition was excellent in all the rooms. But you don´t need it really if you open some windows and the sea air enter to the appartment.

The views were amazing and we enjoyed many a night out on the terrace with the odd drink or 2!

The pool were amazing and the kids had many hours of fun playing hide and seek with the friends they made there.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We don´t need any bus or car to go into calpe as is near by.

There are plenty of cheap and good quality bars and restaurants near the appartment, so you didn´t need a car in all the week.

We have visited Calpe before and love it.

A big thank you for a fantastic family holiday. We will definitely be returning.

When we buy the appartment, we were looking for a new and nice building, infront of the sea. As we have small children, the most important for us was to find a new appartment where we could reach fast and easy the beach. It was important to have a big terrace for my children play football ...

In Calpe you can buy every Saturday morning on the 'mercado': fruits, vegetables, flowers, dresses, all at the best price. The Jalon Valley vineyards & the interesting town of Benissa are easily reached. Altea,Javea and Denia are within 10-20 minutes drive. Denia has a port where ferry’s can take you to FormenteraIbiza and Majorca. The property is a five minute stroll along the beach to Calpe where you will find numerous bars and restaurants and a weekly street market within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a large main sandy beach as well as several quieter beaches, a fishing port and an old marina.
