Cozy small detached villa. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and mountainous area located between Ao Nang and Klong Muang near a national park just a few minutes drive from beautiful beaches. The house is located 25 km away from Krabi Airport. This house was built in 2010 and is very well maintained and recently upgraded with an outdoor Jacuzzi, bathroom extension, new furniture and new kitchen inventory. House is suitable for 2 adults, but children are welcome. The living room has a sofa bed and an additional cot is possible. There are three shops at 150 m, restaurant 300 m, ATV Adventure 200 meters, Elephant Trekking 500 meters etc. The location of this property is ideal for making day trips and excursions. Nearby attractions, Emerald Pool Cristal, Koh Hong Island, 4 Island trip, Tiger Cave Temple, James Bond Island, Maya Bay Phi Phi Island, Koh Panyee Island, Railay Beach, Thalane Bay kayaking etc. etc.

Ideal get away from location

Really enjoyed staying at this villa, close enough to tuk-tuk to the beach, but away from the crowds. Helpful hosts, Thank you John & Yoh

petit logement bien agréable pour couple dans environnement typiquement thailandais

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans ce logement c'est pour vous dire que cela nous a plu en 2017 et en 2019 .Marche à pieds, mer à 5/10 minutes en ,visites aux alentours ,marchés nocturnes, tout ce qu'il nous fallait . Cette année nous avons eu droit à la présence de nombreux singes curieux mais aussi voleurs ,ils sont chez eux . Un bonjour à John qui était absent car en mission et un grand merci à Yoh pour son accueil . Je recommande vivement cette location et pour Yoh et John peut être à bientôt .

Komfortabel eingerichtetes Haus! Es war alles vorhanden!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen! Vom Flughafen wurden wir abgeholt! Das Haus liegt ca. 5 km vom Strand! Mit dem zu mietenden Roller ist der Weg kein Problem! Manchmal könnten abends die Mieter des Nachbarhauses laut sein. Ansonsten ist der Ort des Hauses toll gelegen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Muezzin ruft regelmäßig zum Gebet. Daran gewöhnt „man“ sich! Im Haus war für alles gesorgt! Der Whirlpool brachte einem immer eine wohltuende Massage! Wir würden diese Domizil immer wieder mieten! Ein großes Dankeschön an John und Yoh!

Sehr sauberes gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage

Zum Strand nur 10 minuten entfernt, der wunderschön ruhig ist. Motorroller kann man beim eigentümer mieten für 5 euro am tag. John u Yoh sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer den Massentourismus nicht mag ist genau richtig hier. Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde jeder Zeit wieder hierhin kommen. Sehr empfelenswert .Ausstattung alles vorhanden.Genauso wie beschrieben auf den Fotos. Lg meinerseits an due Gastfamilie und vielen Dank für alles Annette

Very nice small home

This small vacation home offers great value for the money, being the only private accommodation suitable for 2 people that I found in the whole area. The rest seems to consist of large and expensive multi-units houses to be shared by several families, or resorts with private bungalows (also more expensive). This house is comfortable, tastefully decorated, with A/C in living room and bedroom, a large smart TV with reliable Internet service, and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has a two-burners electric stove top and full-size refrigerator with freezer. Everything is high quality and very new. There is a washer with dryer in the back porch, and a Jacuzzi in the back yard with cool water (very nice for a plunge in the hot, humid afternoons). The house has a small but well kept yard all around, and is separated from the road by a privacy wall and from the main house (the owners' residence) by a green hedge. However, the owners are always available to help with making tours reservations, driving guests to the grocery store, or sharing their collection of DVDs! The location is rather far from beaches and other tourist amenities (about 8-10Km), so that it is necessary to make arrangements for taxi service or rent a vehicle. But its isolation has advantages for those who like quiet: there is a dirt road right outside that leads to a peaceful rubber trees plantation, ideal for morning walks. There are also 2 excellent restaurants within walking distance on the main road and a beautiful and quiet beach 8 minutes away by car. Highly recommended for those who like a simple, quiet vacation in a lovely place.
