Furnished To A High Standard With 4 Bedrooms And Comfortably Sleeps 8 People.

The Finca is a comfortable family home that has been designed and constructed with great attention to detail and quality. It has been built using traditional Mallorcan building techniques with local stone and has attractive wooden shutters. It is furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped with all modern amenities. It is just a short 10-15 minute drive from several beaches.

The Finca sleeps 8 comfortably and there are two travel cots available if needed. It is built over two floors with a self-contained Casita. It has wooden beams and tiled floors throughout. The ground floor is large and open plan and is divided into a Lounge, Dining Room and Kitchen area. There is also a separate Cloakroom and Utility Room.

The spacious open plan ground floor includes the Lounge area with Compact Disc Player, TV and DVD system with TV Satellite. Two large two seater Sofas and two Armchairs. Log burning Fire. Dining Room area with large table to seat 10 and separate stone built Breakfast Table. Fully equipped kitchen with a modern touch-control ceramic hob, double oven and microwave, dishwasher, two fridge freezers, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Separate Cloakroom and Utility Room also on Ground Floor.

4 Bedrooms that include the Master Bedroom with Super King Bed, fitted Wardrobes. Satellite TV. Separate En suite with sunken bath, wash basin, WC and shower cubicle. Bedrooms 2 & 3 with Twin Beds and shared Bathroom. Separate self-contained Casita with Four Poster King sized Bed, Living and Kitchen area and En suite Bathroom.

3 Bathrooms that include the Master Bedroom – En suite with sunken bath, shower cubicle, WC and Washbasin. Shared Bathroom to Bedrooms 2 & 3 with Shower Cubicle, Washbasin and WC. Casita - Shower Cubicle, Washbasin and WC. All Bathrooms have radiators.

Central Heating throughout and reverse action Air Conditioning in all bedrooms.

The Finca is completely enclosed within a secure walled area. It has two entrance gates one pedestrian leading to the Front Door and the other for vehicles leading to a large driveway. The gardens and terraces are attractively landscaped on different levels and are planted naturally with cacti, olive and citrus trees. It is possible to walk around the gardens but regretfully we are not able to recommend this to those with limited mobility. The main Swimming Pool Terrace is to the rear of the Finca has fantastic views across the countryside to the sea beyond and has a large heated swimming pool, sun loungers with cushions, a glass topped table with seating for 8 people and protective sun parasols. Adjacent is a separate BBQ area.

Comfortably furnished balconies with beautiful views lead from the lounge and kitchen areas, with stairs leading down to the Barbecue area, private Heated Swimming Pool, Sun Terrace and Gardens beneath. An impressive marble staircase leads to the 2nd floor and the Master Bedroom with a separate En suite bathroom. A balcony leads from the Master Bedroom with stunning panoramic views across the countryside to the sea.

There are a further two Twin Bedrooms with a shared balcony that also benefit from the same fantastic views and a separate shared Bathroom.

To the front of the Finca there is a walled and gated Entrance and Driveway. Leading from the Entrance Gate there is separate access to the Casita and stone stairs lead down to the Front Door and landscaped gardens. The Casita has an open plan living and kitchen area, four poster King sized bed and Bathroom and it shares a large balcony with the two Twin Bedrooms.

The Finca is managed on behalf of its owners, by husband and wife team Clive and Sarah Bowers who live close by in the town of Calvia. Clive and Sarah are responsible for meeting guests on arrival and for making sure that their holiday is as relaxing and comfortable as possible, they also provide any additional services that may be needed such as airport transfers, hire cars, housekeeping etc.

Hello my name is Sarah and alongside my husband Clive we are responsible for managing a number of select luxury villas on the Island of Mallorca.

Our company name is Celestial Villas Mallorca and we live permanently in the village of Calvia in the South West of the Island.

We are responsible for looking after our villas all year round and for ensuring that they are maintained to a very high standard.

We pride ourselves on providing a tailored personal service for all our guests and this would include liaising with you during the booking process to ensure that the villa meets all your requirements. We will also meet you on arrival and can arrange any additional services you may require such as transport, a grocery service, personal chef, yacht charter and the organisation of other sports and leisure activities.

All our holiday villas are available to rent throughout the year and we welcome any guests who are considering taking a relaxing break out of season combined with the leisure activities they love including golfing, tennis, walking, cycling and water sports.

Our team includes our own in-house golf representative here in Mallorca who can organise bespoke golf holidays for our villa guests that includes advice and guidance on the best courses, chauffeured transportation to and from courses and discounted green fees.

The best Mallorca Finca we've rented in 20 years!

The house itself is immaculately clean, well laid out and beautifully furnished, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Sarah and Clive were wonderful from start to finish making sure we had the best experience possible, from answering all of our emails promptly at the booking stage, to being on hand just down the road whilst we were at the house, nothing was too much trouble.

We've been renting in Mallorca for over 20 years and this is the best house we've ever been to in that time. We will definitely be returning next Summer!

Nice well maintained villa, exellent local service

Our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children, spend a week in early July 2016 at Casa Tortuga, Mallorca.

For the last 15 years we have rented a villa in the Mediterranean area during the summer period, and consider ourselves rather experienced tenants. Our vacation this year was definitely one of the better ones. From the first mail contact to our arrival, stay and departure everything was functioning extremely well, and Sarah and Clive did a great job to help us with all the nitty gritty things that may occur during a stay in a foreign house.

Inside we were impressed with the quality of the furniture, and the maintenance of the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery and crockery, and again of a very nice quality. One thing we really enjoyed: In contrast to the situation in most rural areas in south Europe, we could just get rid of the garbage in a bin outside the house, which was emptied every morning. No riding in a car filled with unpleasant smelling garbage looking for a central pick up place.

Outside we spend time on the nice covered terrace overlooking the pool area and with a distant view to the sea. The kids enjoyed the pool with a fixed depth of 1,5 meter, which made it very convenient for all sorts of water games.

All in all we had a nice time and will consider repeating the experience in Villa Tortuga at some other time.

A great holiday

We couldn't ask for a lovelier place to relax and enjoy ourselves than this beautiful villa in the Mallorcan hills.

With terraces at every level we loved soaking up the view to the sea, tranquility and sunshine. The villa was spacious and immaculate, with every home comfort. When we felt like venturing out it was a short drive to the bustle of Palma or the beach. Perfect.

A great holiday and we can't wait to return next year to this haven in the hills!

Outstanding holiday retreat

I stayed at this wonderful villa for a second year running this year and I'm already looking into booking again next year.

For me this villa offers the best of both worlds for a holiday, It's in the most beautiful tranquil setting so you can really feel like you're getting away from it all. Yet 10 minutes drive and you're in a lovely bustling coastal spot with restaurants and a beach.

The house is so well equipped it feels like you're home from home. Being able to cook in the lovely kitchen and then eat on the terrace overlooking a spectacular view really tops the holiday for me.

I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

Fabulous family vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in this gracious and hospitable villa!

The villa offered a serene retreat from the beach "scene", but is close enough to be an easy drive down into Palma. It really was the best of both worlds.

The managers were helpful and friendly, and we really felt at home. We hope to be back!

Fantastic Family Holiday

We recently had the most fantastic holiday at this Villa, we have two children, 5 and 3 and spent most of the holiday on the sunny terrace with the children in the swimming pool.

The house is so user friendly and social, having the downstairs area all open plan onto the terrace. We ate every meal out there looking out onto a spectacular view, which was beautiful and quiet, day and night. It was fun to drive to the hustle and bustle of the coast (10mins away) but really lovely to come back to the tranquil environment of the House and pool.

We had no issues with small children and the pool, as the owners have made a handy gate, so if needed, it can be put up. This meant our children couldn’t just walk down to the pool whenever they felt like it.

The kitchen and utility is equipped better than mine at home from Miele washing machine and separate dryer, and you could compete in ‘Masterchef’ with the kitchen equipment they had, very impressed.

It took only 25 minutes from the airport, and within 10-15 mins from the house you have beaches, two very well equipped supermarkets, fantastic butchers and a great fruit and veg place.

We had a fantastic week and will definitely be back next year…..

An impressive Finca nestled in the exceptionally beautiful and peaceful rural area of Son Font close to the town of Calvia. Son Font boasts some of the most magnificent country style homes in the area and the Finca has outstanding panoramic mountainside and south facing sea views. It is set in the Tramuntana National Park that is a Unesco World Heritage Site. For those seeking peace and quiet it is a perfect holiday retreat in a naturally beautiful environment. It is ideally situated close by to many local attractions that include some of the islands best golf courses, beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping centres.
