We arrived at the start of our honeymoon and was greeted by Keith & Wendy who handed over the keys. The apartment was spacious brand new contemporary with stunning views everything you needed was there including a lovely welcome pack. With plenty of shops local and eating venues well worth the price would visit again.

Equinox at Gower View 2

We stayed at GowerView2 in mid-September during a spell of rather nice weather which was arranged for us by Keith the owner who lives nearby. The Apt. met expectations 100% and even a little more. Modern, clean, well equipped (everything we wanted except for a dustpan and brush!) and South-facing, located overlooking the coastal path and estuary. A fascinating place to watch the tides ebb and flow (and they are quick tides) and the estuary birds.

If you like walking / biking on the coastal path, this place is for you. Otherwise, there's not much in the immediate vicinity. We spent our time walking the path or driving to Llanelli station and catching a train for day trips - Pembroke Castle being the favourite day trip with half the journey along the estuary, before the train moves inland.

If you are happy with a break like that, in very comfortable surrounds, then this place is for you.

Beautifully modern apartment with stunning views over the sea

Keith and Wendy, the owners, made us very welcome and the chilled wine was a lovely touch. The apartment is very modern and well equipped but the best feature is the views over the sea from the lounge and bedroom - stunning sunsets. There are bikes available as the Millenium Cycle Path is on the door step. The owners even accommodated our request to make the twin beds into a double, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this apartment.

A fantastic apartment. Very modern, well-equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable.

This is a beautiful apartment, which was a lovely place to retreat to when the Welsh weather made it difficult to go out for the day!

We would recommend this property for a cosy winter stay, where you are looking for a home from home. However, the area was not really suitable for a fortnight's summer holiday, as there simply wasn't enough to do there. There is no beach by the property, just miles and miles of mud flats at low tide! However, Pembrey Beach a 10 minute drive away was lovely (£5 per day entry fee). A cold, gale force wind whips round the balcony, so we never sat out on it. The owners, Keith and Wendy, are friendly and helpful and live close by. We had a very good meal at the local restaurant, Sosban, which we would recommend. Kidwelly and Laugharne Castles are also worth a visit.

In short, great property, disappointing location.

What can I say other than perfect

Keith and Wendy are lovely and couldn't of done enough for us. The apartment was spotless, modern and fully equipped.

The lovely touch when we opened the fridge was a couple of drinks,some chocolates and some milk, T and Coffee in the cupboard really made us feel at home and went down a treat.

The location is beautiful, sea views from all windows, lovely to see the sunset in the evening on the balcony.

Parking space dedicated to the apartment which made life easy, no need to go looking for parking after a day out.

Will definitely be back

Wonderful, spacious and modern seaside apartment

My partner and I had a fabulous time in this wonderful seaside apartment despite the very, very wet weather. We particularly enjoyed the nearby Millennium coastal walk which took us from Llanelli to Port Burry and beyond. The apartment is well equipped - has everything that we need. Thank you, Keith and Wendy. We can thoroughly recommend it.

Fantastic views from every window and balcony of this immaculately presented, minimalist apartment.

A beautifully presented apartment, lived up to the descriptions on the website. It was in pristine condition. We were warmly welcomed by Keith and Wendy (apartment owners). I certainly would recommend this apartment and its location near the Gower and other attractions was perfect for us. Watching the sunset, the tide coming in and out, the birds feeding on the shoreline was very restful.

The only thing I would say is that although a lot of money has obviously been spent in the area, reclaiming old industrial sites, landscaping etc, it still has a slightly unfinished air. That being said it would not put us off returning, in fact I'll look forward to seeing how it continues to develop.
