Perfect Location For Small Groups Wanting Some Seclusion

We love our villa and you will too! It's all on one level with 3 of the 4 bedrooms opening onto the lovely terrace with its heated pool. There's beautiful bourganvillea growing up and over the pagodas and the villa wraps around the pool and extends to a large outside food prep and barbecue terrace for easy outside dining.

The big garden has mature trees for shade plus shrubs and lawn all round the property; enjoy the birdsong and you have a really relaxed atmosphere!

We have a master suite with table and chairs by the French doors to the pool. It has a kingsize bed with new designer ensuite. Then a second master room with kingsize bed and new ensuite. Two further twin or double rooms share the newly-fitted bathroom.

The kitchen and lounge/dining areas are at the opposite end of villa from the bedrooms which works well.

Also included: table tennis. Wifi, TV and iPod slots etc.

Fully air conditioned and property-managed professionally by on-site company offering 24 hour assistance.

Ollie and Peter Hatcher have owned and rented out a property at La Manga for over 10 years so we know what holiday makers expect when renting.

Our family love La Manga and all that it has to offer. Being well located on the complex is important to us because we want to be central to the bars, restaurants and shops as well as the sport facilities. Everything is just a walk away or a quick hop in the car if need be.

Our children have taken part in the tennis academies for a number of years and later moved on to golf and the golf academy.

Now they go with friends - some sporty some not - it doesn't matter because you are there to relax doing what you want - we like to read a book with a chilled glass of Vina Sol as much as anyone. Or watch the sun set over the Mar Menor with a glass or two of Rioja and our friends!

Well located, luxury villa

Really beautifully fitted out. Comfortable beds, relaxing lounge and great kitchen which is well equipped. Bedrooms, lounge and kitchen open directly onto really large terrace and the fab pool. Comfy loungers with cushions and umbrellas to provide shade. There's a sturdy pool cover too, so very safe.

Seating area is beautifully lit at night, great BBQ area and views over the golf course and across to the sea.

Just a sort walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Pretty gardens, really everything we wanted, we hope to be back here again soon. Highly recommend.

Location

This is a well-designed Spanish villa of Torre Lorca architecture with its round tower and white-washed walls. It has a very friendly feel with its rooms facing the pool. I can pop out the bedroom on to the terrace, nip into the living room for a magazine and just before settling on the sun longer, grab a drink from the kitchen a few paces away - easy holiday living this without having to traipse upstairs when you forget something! And you will never feel left out of the group's chit chat with this design layout.

Perfectly located in the centre of La Manga Club, adjoining the south course 4th green, overlooking the course and Mar Menor beyond. Skirted by the local mountains, this villa is in a very peaceful and secluded location with many birds in the large lawned garden. Only the ping of the golf ball on the 5th tee breaks the tranquillity!

La Manga Club offers both families and groups of friends an ideal active or leisure break.

GOLF

There are three magnificent 18-hole golf courses, including the championship South Course and during 2014 there has been a major investment in golf facilities to ensure La Manga Club maintains and enhances its position as of one Europe's best golf resorts. TENNIS

The Tennis Centre is just a few minutes walk from the villa. You can join the weekly tennis academy or 'Weekend Warriors' (Thurs to Sunday) and play with beginners or club level players in the daily tournaments. Holiday coaching for children, teenagers and adults is brilliant and groups of friends come out of season to improve their skills.

FOOTBALL

Holiday coaching is available at La Manga Club for youngsters.

OTHER SPORTS - CYCLING, SWIMMING, DIVING, WATER SPORTS

You can hire road and mountain bikes; go scuba diving at Cabo de Palo (La Manga Diving Club); kite surfing and wind surfing on the Mar Menor; hiking all around La Manga Club.

The villa has a private pool but there is also swimming at the Club's Cala beach, in ouside swimming pools on site as well as at La Manga Club's Spa where there is a full length indoor pool, gym and hydro pools, sauna,etc.

But La Manga Club is so much more than this. The climate ( Costa Calida - means warm coast) provides all-year-round sunshine: extremely hot in summer time, perfectly hot May/June and Sept/Oct and November to April is considered just the time to escape cold, wet weather at home for sunny warm days in La Manga! Days to chill out by the pool or to play golf or tennis, cycle, walk or sightsee.

Murcia and Cartagena are really worth a day out - there's the newly excavated Roman theatre in Cartagena and the navy base plus good waterfront bars and plenty of shops and restaurants. It's about 25 mins by car. Murcia takes just under an hour but with its cathedral, shops and museums and tapas bars aplenty you will be kept busy on your feet.

Just 10 mins away from La Manga Club is the Cabo de Palo - an old fishing village with restaurants lining the quayside. There's a market on Sundays where you can stock up on fruit, veg and fish before moving on for coffee and tapas or something caught locally being served on the waterfront.
