Magnificent sea view villa with infinity pool, 900 metres from the beach

This air-conditioned and very spacious villa, located in Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer, is ideal for 10 to 16 people.

This villa has a magnificent infinity pool and a beautiful sea view on the Ile du Levant is a 10-minute walk from Canadel beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances; perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy in the large dining room for 16 people or on one of the two terraces enjoying the sea view.

The first terrace has a beautiful infinity pool with solar shower and beach beds ideal for reading and lounging, a solar shower is available. The second terrace is equipped with a garden furniture, a barbecue and a large table for 16 guests, shaded by a pergola.

The living room includes a large TV with home cinema; card games are also available to liven up your evenings.

The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and sea view, 4 with en-suite shower room and toilet, one with a small living room and a balcony. The villa also has a dormitory for 4 people with sea view. All bedrooms are fitted with storage units with hangers, to allow you to settle in comfortably.

A small living room with library, television and bench convertible into a bed for 2 people is located on the first floor.

Separate toilets are available on the 1st floor. A bathroom with large walk-in shower is available on the 1st floor.

The villa has a washing machine, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and a hairdryer.

Please note that sheets and a towel per person are provided.

You can park up to 6 cars. The car park is secured by a gate.

A well appointed property for a family holiday.

Three generations enjoyed this holiday house with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen, great play equipment and with two pools it meant their was choice for all. Comfortable beds and linen. Communication with host was prompt and our query re housekeeping was dealt with immediately.

Fabulous House and location ... hard beat in on the Riviera.

Amazing modern house with so much thought having gone into the landscaping of the property and a view out over the ocean. 3 families enjoyed a week here with amazing beaches and restaurants either a walk or short drive away. After a few hours away it was a pleasure to come back and spend the evening at the property, relazing in the pools, playing boule and taking in the views. Great property ... would love to return.

Détente à Rayol en famille

1 semaine au top maison très bien équipée et fonctionnelle vue sur la Méditerranée un régal. Le luxe 2 piscines et frigo et plancha extérieur bien pratique. Climatisation partout . Que du positif.
