Large Garden with Green Lawn and Private Pool, Peaceful Location by Porto Cristo

This beautiful country house of about 300 years old has recently been renovated, preserving the classic Majorcan style and its stone clad walls. The house features air-conditioning and is built with high quality materials. It also has a private pool, green lawns, a covered porch and barbecue area.

The main house consists of 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en suite) and a sleeping sofa to accommodate 8+1 persons. An exterior studio (60 sqm) with an extra double bedroom, ceiling fan and bathroom en suite, can be rented in addition to the main house for a surcharge. The studio can only be rented additionally by guests of the main house. The 4 bedrooms in the main house feature air-conditioning warm/cold.

All together there are 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 persons.

Lay out & floor plan

Ground floor

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with two fireplaces, a bedroom with double bed, an bathroom and a covered porch with a barbecue and an old wood-burning oven.

First floor

A second living room with a balcony overlooking the sea, two bedrooms with double beds and one double with twin beds and two bathrooms, one is ensuite. The House is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), TV via satellite, musical and safe equipment.

Exterior studio

Living area, double bedroom and en suite bathroom can be rented additionally (only by guests of the main house).

Outside the House has private pool (4.5m x 9.5m) garden area, barbecue, shower and outdoor bathroom and all other add-ins as furniture of Terrace, sun loungers and parasols.

Can Moletta is located in a very calm area, in the east of the island but at the same time, it is only 3 kms from the lively Porto Cristo with a variety of bars, restaurants and shops and only 15 kms from Porto Colom in a very nice area, full of typical Majorquin trees (almond-, fig- and olive trees,..) Nowadays some of the locals continue dedicating their time to breed sheep, giving a special charm to the environment.

The ideal location for peaceful and relaxing holidays, and at the same time it is very near to 3 golf courses and a variety of beautiful beaches:
