Can Roca is an original Majorcan country house with private pool, located in a very peaceful area, embedded by hills, close to the "Castillo de Santueri" and at only 3 km from the famous Vall d´Or Golf and 6 km from the idyllic beach of Cala Sanau. A gate gives access to the property and in front of the entrance is a parking for up to 3 cars. The house consists of 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor is a spacious and bright entrance hall, leading to the dining/living area with comfortable sofa, flatscreen TV/SAT, Wifi, a dining table for 8 persons, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and clothes dryer, another small room stores the pots, pans, plates and kitchen appliances. Next to the living room is a bathroom with bathtub and the hall way gives out to two double bedrooms; one on each side, one bedroom has a bathroom ensuite with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have lovely views to the pool. Stairs lead up to the first floor where the next 2 bedrooms are located, one bedroom is very spacious with 30 sqm and has a king size bed an its own bathroom ensuite with bathtub, this bedroom also gives out to a terrace with views to the country side. The other bedroom features a queen size double bed. On this floor there is also a reading area with an extra single bed. This area gives out to another terrace with views to the pool and the hills.

The garden and pool area is a small mediterranean paradise, decorated with lush plants and palm trees. The mosaïc tiled pool has Roman steps and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. Next to the pool is also a barbecue house with table and chairs for 8 persons to enjoy delicious grilled meals together.

The house is situated near the picturesque villages of s´Horta and Es Carritxo. This is a good starting point to visit several surrounding places. The lively tourist resort of Cala d´Or with its prestigeous Marina and delicious restaurants, is located at less then 10 minutes by car. The traditional fishing village of Porto Colom, with its beautiful natural port and excellent fish restaurants is also reachable in just 10 minutes by car. The idyllic beach of Cala Sanau is only 6 km away! Here you will find a caribbean-like atmosphere with bamboo sun loungers and chill out beach bar. They also serve delicious paellas but you will need to make a reservation in advance. Moreover, in Cala d´Or, there are 7 more beautiful sandy coves to visit.
