This prestigious villa with 4 double bedrooms and modern interior features integrated air conditioning throughout the house and is fully equipped with parquet flooring . The large sliding French windows provide a bright light in the living room and open onto a terrace with chill-out furniture and a private pool with open-air yacuzzi . The living room also has a dining area , flat screen TV , SAT and DVD . All appliances in the kitchen are of premium quality (microwave , oven , dishwasher , ceramic induction hob, American fridge / freezer with ice cubes function) . On the first floor there are three double bedrooms (all with large built-in wardrobes) and 2 bathrooms . The master bedroom enjoys splendid views and has its own ensuite bathroom and two other bedrooms share a bathroom as well as a spacious terrace also with a fantastic view over the Marina of Cala d'Or . A further staircase leads to the roof terrace with comfortable lounge seating and more breathtaking views of the Marina and at the other side, views to the Majorcan hill landscape. The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor and has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms have a shower , toilet and bidet . On the ground floor there is a further additional lounge sitting area and ping pong table . In annex is also the utility room with washing machine , dryer , iron and ironing board .
