Cas Patro is an original Majorcan country house with thick stone clad walls that guarantee pleasant temperatures in both summer and winter time. It is built on a 5000 sqm fenced plot. The entrance of the house leads to the living / dining area with comfortable seating and large window doors, providing a pleasant light and giving out to the covered terrace with large round table, chairs and a brick built barbecue overlooking the garden and pool area. The interior is typical Majorcan and the ceilings are decorated with wooden beams which provide the house with its authentic character. Next to the dining area, there is a large open fire place and further there is a fully equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor, there 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. From the living area, stairs lead to the first floor with another three bedrooms (1DBL and 2x2 SGL beds), each with amazing views over the Mediterranean garden and the surrounding countryside. There is also one newly build bathroom with bathtub. The peaceful location will allow you to relax completely with singing birds as only sound in the background. The private pool (8m x 4,90m) with Roman steps, is surrounded by well-kept green lawns, Mediterranean vegetation and equipped with sunloungers and umbrellas. On the back of the house is a wonderful garden with fruit trees; oranges, peaches, pears, lemons,.. and an organic vegetable garden with tomatoes, peppers, zucchinis and more for your daily salads.
