Beautiful house 200M from the lake with access to a very nice private beach in the pines with boat pontoons usable by the tenants.
The ocean is a 5 minute drive.
The house, completely renovated in 2018, is in a privileged setting in a peaceful setting among the pines and has a 1300 m2 plot on which the secure swimming pool is located.
Golf, tennis and the sailing club are a few kilometers away. The Pyla dune is a 15-minute drive away. You can practice many activities suitable for adults and children on the lake. The house has barbecue facilities and a ping pong table.

Great location and holiday venue.

Great facilities for a casual family holiday. Some confusion about the provision of bedding and towels but with the help of the concierge we were able to find a solution. Loved the privacy and location.

La maison parfaite pour se retrouver en famille et entre amis entre lac et océan

Nous avons passé 3 jours fabuleux dans cette maison familiale très accueillante idéale avec des enfants en bas âge. La piscine est sécurisée. Pièce de vie convivial. La terrasse couverte permet de profiter de l’extérieur même en cas de pluie. Un terrain de tennis et le lac avec accès privé accessible à pieds. Le top!

Genial !

Une semaine à 12 pers ( 6 adultes et 6 enfants ). La maison est top , de l'espace pour tout le monde et des équipements en conséquence . La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos ! L'espace piscine a ravi tout le monde . Tout etait parfait ! Pleins d'activités proches à faire . Merci !

Maison familiale où l’on ressent la volonté des propriétaires à l’améliorer et à la moderniser.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille (12), nous nous sommes vite sentis comme chez nous, la maison est très bien équipée et propre . Amélie a répondu rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Seul bémol, le Rez de jardin un peu plus froid en cette saison avec notamment le dortoir sans fenêtre. Mais cela n’ a pas empêché de passer ensemble de belles fêtes de Noël
