On the ground floor:

The living space of the is equipped with reversible air conditioning and electric convectors. You will also find on the ground floor, a small bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet.
At the first level:
You will have two very pretty rooms, spacious, with double bed and provided with storage. You will appreciate the clear view of the vineyards and the splendid village of Roussillon, famous for its ocher colors. The exteriors:
The building has 3 pretty terraces, one large, equipped with an arbor, making it completely shaded, which is very significant in strong heat.
The garden extends in the middle of the vineyards on 1500m². Pleasantly furnished, you will be able to appreciate these vast spaces mixing gravel, lawn, fruit trees, lavender and various aromatics. A gardener regularly maintains these green spaces.
Finally, you will have a herringbone parking space located at the entrance of the property and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
Your reservation also includes the provision of household, bathroom and pool linen, as well as a cleaning service at the exit. In addition, a professional will intervene once a week to carry out the maintenance of the swimming pool.
