The living space of the is equipped with reversible air conditioning and electric convectors. You will also find on the ground floor, a small bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet.

At the first level:
You will have two very pretty rooms, spacious, with double bed and provided with storage. The building has 3 pretty terraces, one large, equipped with an arbor, making it completely shaded, which is very significant in strong heat.
The garden extends in the middle of the vineyards on 1500m². Pleasantly furnished, you will be able to appreciate these vast spaces mixing gravel, lawn, fruit trees, lavender and various aromatics. A gardener regularly maintains these green spaces.
Finally, you will have a herringbone parking space located at the entrance of the property and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
