There are few better places in which to experience the modern, avant-garde spirit of a city as culturally diverse and cosmopolitan as Barcelona than in Gràcia. This neighborhood, by night one of the city´s liveliest, has many bars and restaurants with outdoor terraces for enjoying the warm Mediterranean sun with sangria in hand. And since you are staying here, you can´t miss out on this city´s many architectural wonders. Close to your home is a building designed by Catalonia´s most famous architect and one of Spain´s most admired figures, Antoni Gaudí. Admire the facade of the Casa Vicens, one of this great artist´s lesser known structures, but equal in beauty to the more popular works – all of which are, of course, within easy walking distance of your apartment. Not worth the money

The apartment and the company are definitely not worth the money. The bathrooms do not deserve to be titled as such, they are very small and totally overused. Also the smaller bedroom was not much more than a mattress. The whole apartment is very dark due to thick black curtains, which are not in the pictures. I do not know they made the pictures to look so beautiful. Their is also not enough furniture for 4 people( not enough chairs(some of them are broken), only ONE drinking glas). There terrasse needs a lot of care also everybody in the apartments over you can directly look at you. One night the power went completly off but we still had to pay the fullprize.Some of the people from Oxis Invest do clearly not speak much english, which makes it really hard to communticate. At the end of our stay we called to ask to get our deposit (500 euro) back and the man who answered was as unpolite and disrespectful as it could be. Anyway the apartment was clean at least.

We woud not recommend this apartment or company to anyone.

You are also near to the impressive Plaza España, home to a former bullring, Arenas, which has been converted into a large shopping center. From the Plaza, walk along the Avenida Reina Maria Cristina to Montjuic, passing by the Fira de Barcelona: with more than 80 exhibitions, 40,000 companies, and an attendance of over 3 million visitors each year, this is one of the continent´s most important trade fair institutions.
