Your apartment is situated next to Montjuic hill, an area that is home to the Fira business center, the Magic Fountains, the Palau de Sant Jordi, the National Art Museum of Catalonia and much more! Relax in the Miró Park or head to the Arenas Mall, a converted old bull ring, for a spot of shopping. Lastly, head to the Camp Nou and catch a FC Barcelona Champion’s League match..

Great location

Great location. Apartment was quiet. As we were a family of 4 the couch was not the most comfortable for adults but the kids slept well in the bed. We were able to bike to all the sites we wanted to see. Shopping centre and grocery store within walking distance.

Adequate space in convenient neighborhood

The best aspect of the apartment is the location: one block from the Metro station; walking distance to Plaza Espanya, where buses, trains, and Metro lines converge; and also an easily walkable distance to the Barcelona Sants train/metro station. Since we did not have a car and relied on public transportation, the location was ideal.

The place itself is small. The air conditioning cools the main room adequately, but the bedroom remains quite warm. We ended up sleeping on the couch, near the cool air, which was quite comfortable.

There is no door between the tiny bedroom and the bathroom sink/shower area. Plumbing noises and sewer smells occasionally waft into the room.

Lighting is very dim. It was difficult to read or work after dark, because there were few sources of light and the wattage was extremely low.

The kitchen was well-equipped and there is a great Mercadora supermarket nearby.

We were greeted by Martin on our arrival. He gave us plenty of information about the neighborhood and the place itself. We found some excellent restaurants in the neighborhood

So, all-in-all our experience staying in the apartment was mixed.

Clean, spacious, well maintained 1 bedroom.

My husband and I stayed for three weeks and enjoyed our time. There is plenty of light and there are two markets nearby. It's also walking distance from the Catalonia Museum and about a mile from Las Ramblas. There is an elevator and the unit is comfortable and clean. For short or long stays, prepared to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The bath towels are small and there are no kitchen towels provided.

One of the great advantages of this apartment is that is located in the Eixample district, a residential area which also has many bars, restaurants, shops and a myriad of entertainment options. Don't forget that just steps from your home is the Sant Antoni Market, one of Barcelona's largest and most important markets and one of the first to be constructed when the Eixample district was created. Another advantage is that your home is within walking distance of a variety of important attractions: walk to the impressive Plaza España, and explore the cultural and sports facilities of Montjuic, such as the Palacio de los Deportes, the Olympic Stadium, and the Caixa Forum. We also recommend that you return to this area by night to experience the beautiful light and music spectacle offered by the Magic Fountain. Also in Montjuic is a cable car which you can ride up the castle, from which you can see all of Barcelona: Plaza Catalunya, the Cathedral, Sagrada Familia, the cruise ships docked at the Port, the Torre Agbar... If you've come to Barcelona on business, don't forget the third major advantage of your apartment: you're close to the Fira.
