Apartment 800 m walk from the thermal baths of Jonzac and 80 m from the Caribbean Aquatic Complex and the Congress Center. Possibility also to take the shuttle of the baths. This apartment near the city center and all shops is located next to the complex of the West Indies, the Casino and the leisure center and the Congress Center. The apartment is very well equipped (electric oven, microwave, washing machine, TV, internet wifi, dishes etc ...). The linen, of the bed of toilet can be provided. Le logement est très bien et le propriétaire très sympathique mais le problème c'est que pendant mon séjour j'ai été gêné tous les jours par l'odeur de cigarette. Je n'ai pas pu profiter du balcon et j'était obligé de fermer les fenêtres car mon voisin et d'autres fumaient dés 7 heures du matin jusqu'au soir. De plus un voisin faisait du bruit avec sa bétonnière et du bruit tous les jours vers 6heures30 - 7 heure. Pour un logement calme et non fumeur c'est pas le cas. La télé fonctionnait pas ou très mal et j'ai fait le ménage alors que j'ai payé 30 euros. Le propriétaire n'est pas responsable mais je ne suis pas satisfaite.
