About this property

House of approximately 110 m2, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (walk-in showers), kitchen, living room and veranda. No joint ownership. In a quiet area, set back from the street, you can't hear any cars. Very sheltered, it is really rare that there is wind! South-facing terrace.

Washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, gas barbecue, garden furniture, coffee maker, toaster, iron.

Possibility to rent the linen (sheets and towels) by booking in advance.
A cleaning deposit is required on arrival (€ 90) and returned on the day of departure if you prefer to do it yourself.

Cars park in the garden.

The three bedrooms are provided with 3 beds of 140 (good bedding) and the house is therefore planned for 6 travelers maximum.

The beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, barely 5 by bike. You will have the choice between the large Guérinière beach, family-run, and the more wild one, Bois des Eloux. The beaches of Epine are also quickly accessible.
The village has a grocery store, press, bakery, doctor, pharmacist, hairdresser and podiatrist. A market is held on Thursday and Sunday morning.

Maison spacieuse pour de bons moments en famille

Nous avons passé 10 jours à Noirmoutier avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Nous avons apprécié de profiter d’une maison spacieuse, propre et fraîche en journée quand il fait chaud, tempérée le soir quand il fait plus frais grâce à la véranda. Le jardin est agréable, agrémenté de beaux arbres fruitiers. Mention spéciale pour les jeux de société et la très belle bibliothèque qui est un régal pour les amateurs de lecture, jeunes et moins jeunes. (Amateurs de TV, elle ne capte pas la TNT mais vous avez des dvds à disposition). Nous avons moins aimé l’aspect général de la maison que nous avons trouvé vieillot, notamment la cuisine dont le frigo vous accompagne d’un bruit de bateau à moteur en continu (penser à le changer ?). La plage la plus proche était impraticable pour cause d’algues à moins de s’équiper de bottes et d’une épuisette, nous avons dû prendre la voiture. La piscine des voisins nous a fait oublier le calme de l’impasse. Belles vacances à tous !

Très belle quinzaine

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques avec nos 3 enfants. La maison est vaste , en cours de rénovation avec goût. La terrasse permet de prendre tous ses repas dehors. Le jardin est grand plein de pommes et poires . Un petite plage est à 5 min à pied. Maison proche des grandes surfaces en voiture

Sejour agreable dans cette superbe maison La Gueriniere. Le salon avec tomettes au sol vs rafraichira, la terrasse invite à un apero entre copains et le calme du quartier à un repos bien mérité. Bonnes vacances à tous

Location de vacance à la hauteur de nos attentes

Cette maison idéalement située convient parfaitement à l'hébergement de 2 couples ou d'une belle famille. Très bien équipée, elle dispose d'espaces de vie bien séparées et de nombreuses commodités. Très belle véranda fort agréable et grande terrasse pour les belles journées, grand jardin clos. Calme absolu pour passer de bonnes nuits réparatrices après les longues balades en vélo ou pédestres sur l'Île. Nous retournerons volontiers dans cette location lors d'un prochain séjour à Noirmoutier.
