'La Nogalera' complex is the biggest complex in Torremolinos. It is situated in the heart of Torremolinos adjacent to the pedestrian square and street. It has over one acre of private grounds and has 2 huge swimming pools (over 200 m²) equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and a restaurant for residents only. It’s very central and close to shops, banks, post office, bars, discos, restaurants, supermarkets, and taxis, bus and train stations. The complex is 5 minutes walk to the main beach front (Paseo maritime with the famous beaches of “el bajondillo” and “la carihuela”) with its restaurants, shops, bars and the famous chiringuitos, 2,5 miles from Malaga airport, and 4 miles from Malaga city.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, facing the big swimming pool of La Nogalera and has a sea view from its 2 balconies. Beautiful and spacious, the apartment is southwest facing. It has 95 m² and is completely renovated, furnished and tastefully decorated. It comes with 2 double bedroom and 1 single room, 5 built-in wardrobes, a very large living-dinning room, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, and 2 southwest facing terrace, sunny from noon till the sunset. Air conditioning and a safe. Satellite TV; more than 150 channels in more than 10 different languages.

Lovely apartment

The owner met us at the property when we arrived, explained everything very well and took us to show us where the taxis, buses and trains could be found which was very helpful. The property was well placed for access to the beach and restaurants, although a little bit noisy at the weekend when the nightclub closed in the early hours. Altogether a very enjoyable experience.

Lovely apartment

The apartment has everything you need and is spotlessly clean, two lovely new bathrooms, a balcony that has sun all afternoon. The only thing that we found to be a problem was the nightclub close by stays open until 7am Friday/Saturday. This kept us awake due to it’s proximity.

Wonderful stay

From the moment of booking all the way through to checking out the process was smooth. Ridha is extremely helpful and was a great host, taking the time out to show us around, explain everything and even helped with our luggage. The apartment was spacious as exactly as described on the website and the complex really clean and good. Enjoyed the added level of security with the key cards for pool access and loved the rule about not being able to reserve sun beds meaning there was always availability throughout the day- something that is usually an issue on holiday. The area is perfect location and close to many attractions- we used the train most days for easy visits to the dolphin park, zoo and local attractions and it is a short train or cab ride away from the airport. We shall definitely be re-booking as a family but also I have recommended to a couple of my friends for us to go over for a week as well as it will cater for both family and friends holidays. It is close to the beach and directly in the centre of lots of evening activities with bars, restaurants and clubs. Wonderful stay and a wonderful host whom we shall book again with in the future.

Great central location.

I spent a week at these apartments with 5 friend and couldn't fault the accommodation. Great for 6 mature ladies to experience Torremolinos. The apartment was bang in the centre so great for shopping, restaurants, bars and very close to the beach. The apartment was very clean and plenty of towels were provided. All in all the apartment had everything we required. When in the apartment it was hard to believe that we where in the centre as it was very quiet. The owner was very helpful as 1 of the party became unwell and he kept us right on accessing medical help. The pool area was very quiet so great for just chilling out. Loved the place so much that we are all hoping to go back next year.
