A 4 Bedroom duplex in the heart of Morzine. All bedrooms are ensuite. Ski in and just a few minutes walk from the main chairlift up to Plenney. The Portes Du Soleil ski area is the largest international ski area in the world with 650 km of slopes stretching all the way to Switzerland. The duplex is just minutes from Morzine town centre but very quiet. Great views over all of Morzine from the extensive balconies. Stunning living space, more generous than the usual for a Ski property. Ultra modern throughout. Wifi and TV. Boot warmers, ski lockers and garage. Ideal for skiing or in the summer months for walking, road or downhill biking.

Excellent Apartment

Our group stayed in this apartment in January 2016. There are seven of us in total ranging from 3 years old to 40+ years old.

This apartment was a hit with everyone. The decor and all the facilities inside were the best we have had in Morzine. Lovely living area and the bedrooms were perfect for our group. I have been told that this is the best accommodation I have found in Morzine and I have to agree.

We have stayed in many chalets and apartments in Morzine and this one is the best.

The location was good. Would have been excellent but the walk with a 3 year old was a bit much everyday, but adults would have no problem with it.

The accommodation was excellent. Even the larder with bits and bobs which previous people have left was great! Not had this before in any of the places we have stayed (not just Morzine).

There is the possibility to ski back to the apartment from Piste B and this was used a few times (snow permitting).

We had an issue with the water heating and this was resolved the same day (be it 22:30), all queries were answered quickly and problems resolved the same day. Excellent service.

Thank you Samantha for letting us stay in your apartment. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Morzine.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

The apartment impressed us all (2 families with 8 - 10 year old children) - great living space for family interaction, lots of space in the bedrooms and lovely bedding. The kitchen was very well equipped - even had weighing scales which I was prepared to bake without!

Having a key-less apartment was genius for our group who sometimes came home in 3 different batches, so we didn't always know who would get back first - plus there was no chance of losing the key on the slopes.

The boot warmer/ski room was fantastic and perfectly situated just by the front door to the block.

It is a little trek to the ski lift for very little legs, but they all managed it fine with some help carrying their skis and only really took us 10 minutes. We managed to ski completely back to the front door the one day we had great snow which was great fun.

The double beds are laid out as described so the large doubles are in the rooms with the single beds and the small doubles downstairs in their own rooms - if you are used to sleeping in a king sized bed, the small doubles do feel small and it is a shame the beds are that way around, but we swapped around a bit to get the best nights sleep.

All in all, a great week skiing - and you must go to Le Grillon in town - my children's favourite restaurant in the world (we have visited Morzine is summer as well as winter). Thank you to Samantha and family for sharing their home.

A superb place for a group of friends

La Combe Humbert is truly a perfect place to stay in Morzine. Well located within walking distance from town centre (~600m), Pleney telecabine (~500m) and Super Morzine telecabine (~700m), and with a possibility to ski in from the Pleney blue piste B. We were a group of nine people and especially liked the floor plan of the appartment -- spacious bedrooms (kids stayed in upstairs bedrooms, parents downstairs) with individual wc/showers; the common area with a spacious kitchen/dining area/living room was excellent for being together in the evenings. Other things appreciated by us were the spacious ski lockers at entrance level (two separate rooms for gear, with two ski boot driers, plus a room to put on boots), lift taking directly to the apartment (especially awed by kids :), modern equipment (xbox 360, big flat TV, Sky channels, fast wifi, etc.), and heated racks in shower rooms to dry ski gear.

parfait !

l'appartement est parfait, très bien situé, très bien équipé, il n'y manque rien ! nous étions 4 couples, nous avons pu partagé tous ensemble et nous avons eu aussi nos moments d'intimité. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !
