A Very Bright and Quiet Two Bedrooms Apartment Overlooking Private Gardens

The apartment is located at the third floor of this stunning mansion (sorry no lift). It features an original wooden floor throughout, and high ceilings that give a very airy and roomy feeling. The apartment is about 95 sm. and has got an elegant living room with chimney (every room has got one), smart TV/SKY and WiFi, there is, also, a very comfortable sofa bed (king size). The living room is the only room that faces the front of the building, nonetheless is not noisy (double gazed windows in the whole apartment). The kitchen has got a dining area for six people (washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, moka, coffee machine, induction hob, fun). The master bedroom (king size bed) has got a wonderful view of private gardens, huge storage space and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom (double bed), also overlooking the gardens, has got a desk, a good space wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom newly refurbished, like the whole apartment, features a fabulous tiles work (bath with rose shower).

My husband and I have bought this flat for many reasons, but most of all because this flat is really perfect for a family vacation.

That's why we would like other people to enjoy London and our sweet home

What makes this apartment unique

First of all, it is a very bright flat with a lot of lights flooding inside. It is quiet, but it is very close to the centre of London and the neighborhood itself is very lively with many pubs and restaurants. It is very close to all my favorite places in London: New King's Road with antique's furniture shop, King's Road with all the most famous high streets shops with no crowd, South Kensington (National History Museum, superb! Science Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum) and Knightsbridge (Harrods, but please visit also Heal's and its top floor restaurant). But, you can also live a real Londoner visiting the local park Eel Common (you can play tennis there, ask me if you wish to do so), the dance school in a very old building (like the movie Shall we Dance), the local library, the market in North End Road, and so on ...

There are several different options very close to the flat.

Waitrose on North End Road, Mark's and Spencer on Fulham Road going back to the tube Station. Sainsbury, Pret a manger and Boots inside the tube Station (there is also a cinema).

Special mention to Whole Foods (high quality food, expensive), you can eat in on the upper floor.

If you want to save money you can try North End Road, there are several discount markets.

Made in Italy very good italian restaurant, probably the best neapolitan pizza in London, but please try also parmigiana di melenzane. Maurizio is a very gentle host.

ElK pub, pretty BBQ garden, food good and not expensive, in the evenings kids not admitted. Every thursday you can enjoy a Mojito night.

Large, light-filled flat. Good value for London

My niece and I had the pleasure of staying in Paola's flat for a week in June. This flat is large (it would serve a family well), and the bedrooms are separated by two long hallways. We especially enjoyed and used the kitchen area and the clever clothes rack on a pulley system. We found the flat to be spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well supplied with dishes. It is a short walk to the tube, and buses and taxis stop right out front. The windows cut out street noise almost entirely. The wood floors are squeaky and you can hear the folks walking upstairs. We took off our shoes in the flat so as not to bother the folks below us. And do be sure that you are able to carry your luggage up the four flights of stairs. We made use of the Waitrose right across the street and M&S Simply Food just down the block. We also found some nice restaurants on the cute side street, which has outdoor cafes. This is a working person's neighborhood and does not feel at all touristy. It can give you the experience of really living in the city. We felt safe at night walking from the tube. For the price, it is a good value, especially for a group.

Stylish, Charming and Pefect location

When you walk into this apartment you just love it. Great layout, very bright, airy and so stylish.

Kitchen very modern and well equipped, great living room with clean and comfortable bedrooms. Well powered shower with awesome decor.

We truly felt at home here and the cleaning service was spot on. We surely would recommend this place.

Communication with the landlord was instant (not at all intruding) and efficient with very clear instructions on the general rules and regulations of the condominium.

We were only 5 minutes walk from Fulham broadway, not to mention bus 14 which offers a 24 hours service x 7 days.

Thank you Paola for sharing this charming apartment which clearly has a touch of Italian styling.

Gracious yet cozy

I absolutely loved staying in this lovely apartment. Though there are two bedrooms I had the pleasure of being there alone which felt quite luxurious. Everything about the apartment is pleasing and the owner has thoughtfully provided all the amenities one might hope to find. For light sleepers be assured the bedroom is blissfully quiet. And the neighborhood unknown to me before this trip is convenient and populated with three high end supermarkets where you can find quality prepared food that surpasses what we have in the States. This apt is a find so don't hesitate

Excellent Flat in Excellent Location -- A+

My sister, daughter, and I spent three weeks in April/May in Paola's perfect flat.... everything about it was just as pictured and described: spacious and modern, spotless, all necessary amenities, lovely neighborhood views, quiet from both street and other flats' noises, superb location -- two blocks from a major Tube line, away from tourists, close to upscale neighborhoods. Paola was a delight to communicate with and all business dealings were easy and smooth. I recommend this flat with the highest raves and confidence it will not disappoint.

Perfect place at the end of a long day! Lovely

This was a highlight to our week long stay. Such a cute and inviting apartment. Loved the area, away from city but still busy and quiet. Grocery right across the street, coffee shop in the building. Squeaky floors, bright rooms, with room darkening blinds! Loved our stay!
