Spend your holidays in this pretty 25 m2 studio located 50 m from the thalassotherapy center, 100 m from the large beach and 50 m from the sailing club. In a few minutes on foot you will reach the center of Carnac Plage with its shops and ice cream parlors. In the residence you will find a crêperie, local shops, art galleries, a hairdresser.

The charming residence is made of granite. A parking lot is reserved for you in front of the residence.
the studio is located on the 1st floor and the main room has just been renovated. The furniture and accessories are new from 2017.
