Pretty house renovated in 2017 that can accommodate up to 8 people (+1 baby), on the ground floor of a large living room with an open kitchen, a separate toilet and a master suite with shower room. 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. Enclosed land with sunny garden ideally located in a quiet dead end. +/- 15 minutes walk to the beach and shops. Supermarket in 5mn. Small dogs clean and educated accepted.
Perfect holiday for family holidays with or without children.

superb property

We were so pleased with this house. So close and convenient to supermarket - 7 min walk and the beautiful town of Binic was a lovely walk - 15mins

Maison agréable et bien située

La maison est full équipée et décorée avec goût. Située dans un quartier calme, elle est proche du centre de Binic et des plages à pieds. Elle bénéficie également d'une position stratégique pour les visites plus "lointaines" de la côte d'Armor. Tout y est à maximum une heure de route : de la côte de granit rose au phare du Cap Fréhel ;-) Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la communication avec sa propriétaire Magali qui a su réagir au quart de tour et résoudre, dans la demi-heure, notre soucis à notre arrivée :-) Magali se soucie réellement que vous passiez un bon séjour :-) Merci.

Maison BINIC

Maison de très belle qualité générale,bien décorée, en très bon état, propre, agréable à vivre et bien organisée pour passer un bon séjour. Environnement calme et port de Binic accessible à pied.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison qui est très fonctionnelle, avec beaucoup de rangements, elle est dans un quartier calme, les commerces sont à proximité. Notre séjour en famille s’est déroulé idéalement pour découvrir ou redécouvrir la région.
