Located on the second floor of a historic palace from 1800, home of the architect Giuseppe Mengoni (designer of the Vittorio Emauele Gallery in Milan). View of a large and silent interior garden with large trees. Restructured again in December 2016. High ceilings 4.50 mt, high level finishings and great attention to detail, original wooden beams.

Excellent stay

This turned out to be an excellent choice. The location was really convenient and the apartment met all our needs. Roberto was very helpful in answering our questions before we arrived. We would very happily stay here again if we return to Bologna. One tip - when leaving for the last time ensure that the inner metal gate in the hall is unlocked before shutting the keys in the apartment, as there is no way of opening it without keys!

Perfect base to explore Bologna

Rented for a week in mid summer - wanted somewhere comfortable, well-equipped and central as we arrived by train and didn’t want to hire a car. Beautiful apartment in an interesting building, large comfortable bed, lovely lounge, dining and kitchen space, everything we needed to cook for ourselves including basics such as spices, oil etc. And minutes away from shops, cafes, restaurants, ice cream, buses. Prompt replies from Roberto when we had questions. Highly recommended, and we hope to return.

A wonderful apartment and an excellent host

We have just spent a wonderful month in Roberto’s apartment. The location is as good as it gets; five minutes to the two towers and a couple more to Piazza Maggiore. Walking the other direction took us in to the University area with lots of great bars and restaurants. There is also a bus top within 50m a bus that will take your directly to the train station in 15 mins. Despite being in the centre of the city, the apartment is exceptionally quiet. The apartment is light, spacious and very comfortable. It is very designed well equipped with everything one could need. Roberto is an excellent host and responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our rental. Bologna is a wonderful city and so convenient for visiting other parts of the region. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a visit to Bologna

A stylish apartment ideally located for walking to all the city’s places of interest & restaurants

A very stylish apartment, ideally located to walk to all the city’s places of interest, restaurants and markets and only seconds from the famous Two Towers landmark. Lucia and Roberto were unfailingly helpful from the moment of booking, recommending many superb places to eat. A great place to stay in a great city.

Short stay for work
