Very pretty villa located in a fisherman's neighborhood near the abyss, it is composed of 2 bedrooms, shower room, a living room open to the dining room and the kitchen and a large terrace, at the back of the house a small terrace where the Jacuzzi is located, near the sea in Terre Sainte, Saint Pierre de la Réunion.

Saint-Pierre is a French commune, located in the department and region of Reunion of which it is a sub-prefecture. It is now one of the 60 most populous municipalities in France. In 2013, the population of Saint-Pierre was 81,415 according to the INSEE census, making it the third most populous municipality in Reunion after Saint-Denis and Saint-Paul. Résidence agréable participant à un beau séjour à La Réunion.

Résidence très propre, bien agencée située à 15 - 20 mn des plages - 15 mn d'un petit supermarché face au CHU, 20 mn du centre ville, tout cela à pied. Jacuzzi très appréciable lorsqu'il fait très chaud, et il a fait très chaud en Janvier. Propriétaires très à l'écoute, disponibles, gentils, qui ont sollicité et entendu nos remarques comme constructives.

Maison en destruction appartenant au frère du propriétaire à 1m50 de la terrasse

La maison étant déjà a moitié démolie nous avons subi les nuisances sonores et la poussière jusqu'à la fin du séjour.Nous aurions aimé être informé de cette situation avant le dernier paiement,pour éventuellement annuler la réservation.La location elle même présente des défauts d'équipements inadmissibles pour une maison de vacances (beaucoup de choses usagées,bahut en moellons et planches encombré dépôts de peinture,futur lave vaisselle stocké derrière un paravent ect ect......

Villa de charme ,propriétaires charmants

Très jolie villa au calme tres près des services et des restaurants de bords de mer Nous avons appréciés la gentillesse des propriétaires très réactifs à nos demandes, ils sont très vite devenus des amis ,vraiment une belle rencontre
