Casa da Horta is a fantastic detached 4 bedroom villa with private pool and is ideally located within easy distance to all facilities. This beautiful house has landscaped gardens, padder badminton court and a private scenic swimming-pool with in-built spa pressure unit.

This extremely well proportioned accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms, including a separate poolside apartment suite. From the 3 bedrooms in the main house 2 are en-suite and the other has a separate bathroom. All bedrooms, except one, have double doors given access to the surrounding garden.

The very spacious lounge has patio doors that open onto a covered terrace leading to the garden and steps to the swimming-pool area, a perfect sun trap.

The dining area is separated from the lounge by 2 steps - on this same level there is a full equipped modern kitchen with American style fridge / freezer with an ice machine, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, washing machine, etc.

Cleaning service 5 days per week, except Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Linen and bath towels included and changed once and twice a week, respectively.
Garden and pool maintenance.
Clients must provide their own beach towels

The property may be reserved subject to availability upon receipt of a deposit of 25%. Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date, or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
