Set snugly in the peaceful residential area of La Font just outside Pollensa, Encinar will delight as soon as you set eyes on it.

Surrounded by manicured gardens and mature trees, this delightful 2-storey modern Mallorcan villa has a large private swimming pool and offers the utmost luxury along with the utmost privacy.

Encinar is just perfect for that special family holiday or for groups looking for a peaceful break in the sun. The property has five splendid bedrooms in total. These include a master suite, three twin bedrooms and a third bedroom containing bunk beds.

There is also a sofa bed, which means that a total of up to 12 guests can be accommodated in comfort and style.

The large downstairs living room is absolutely splendid. Light, bright and airy with large windows to let in the soft Mediterranean light, central to the room is a large wall-mounted satellite TV. The overall colour scheme is brilliant white with modern art on the walls to add a little texture.

There is also a cosy `snug` area which the kids will love as there is a PlayStaion 3 to keep them occupied. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Walking through the living room you then enter the attractive dining room which gives you access to the splendid terraces outside.

And the kitchen is fabulous! Fully equipped with all the latest modern appliances, it will give you ample opportunity to hone your creative cooking skills. Features include an attractive `island` and a family-sized breakfast table.

All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned (valuable on hot summer nights) and many also include a television. As for the 3 bathrooms, well they really are state of the art.

And then there`s the outside area. Here is what really sets Encinar apart from the rest.

The mature trees provide a welcome feeling of exclusivity and utmost privacy. And the large 10m x 5m private swimming pool really is the business! Surrounded by a sun patio and lush lawn, you can soak up the Mallorcan sun relaxing on one of the many loungers available.

The terraces of Encinar are rather special too. There is a wide, open drinks terrace overlooking the swimming pool, and also a fabulous roof terrace offering delightful views of the surrounding mountains.

You can take advantage of the barbecue facilities if you so fancy, and there is a range of attractive outdoor dining furniture for your use.

Fancy a bit of competitiveness? Then the table football, ping pong and boules area should keep the spirit going, and if that`s not enough, Encinar has bikes for guest use too!

Stunning modern villa located in the residential area of La Font on the outskirts of Pollensa.

With a total of 5 bedrooms; a master suite, 3 twin bedrooms and a final room with a bunk bed along with 3 bathrooms this villa is perfect for large families and groups looking for peace and tranquillity whilst still being within reasonable distance to amenities and beaches. Downstairs there is a large living room and a comfortable 'snug' in which there is a 3D TV, a PlayStation 3 and a sofa bed that brings the capacity up to 12 guests. Connected to the living room is the dining room with access to the outside terraces, and a bright and modern kitchen complete with island and breakfast table. There is also air conditioning throughout the bedrooms and in one of the living rooms as well as televisions in many of the bedrooms.

The outside space of this villa is what really sets in apart from the rest. Surrounded by trees providing absolute privacy to guests, there is a large lawn with a swimming pool taking centre stage along with sunbeds, and the house has several fantastic terraces with outside dining furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Furthermore there is table football, a ping pong table and a boule or petanque area for guests with a touch of competitive spirit.
