The spacious Living area with AC is the centre of this house with 2 sliding double doors opening onto the terrace that runs along the house, overlooking the garden lawn and BBQ area.

Comfortably furnished with 3 large settees and contemporary style furniture, its main feature being the large dining table.

Fully fitted and equipped Kitchen with breakfast bar connecting to the dining area with a long wooden dining table with 8 chairs.

Back door opens onto the spacious, part covered dining terrace with dining table and 8 chairs for al fresco dining.

A few steps down from this terrace is the BBQ - large fitted one - and the lawned garden.

This house is ideal for a beach holiday but can easily be adapted for a smaller number of guests.

We only accept bookings up to a max of 8 guests + a baby.

Wheelchair friendly. Children are welcomed. We can provide secure toys and baby equipment.

It has a homely feeling to it and its location is ideal if you don't wish to use the car on a daily basis.

CoolHouses® was officially created in 2011.

Based in Luz, CoolHouses® manages and rents quality properties ranging from luxury villas, beautiful townhouses to sea view apartments most of them in in and around Luz, Lagos but also all over the Western Algarve.

Our staff are highly qualified professionals, with experience in all aspects of property management.

Over the years we have been developing a broad set of professional partnerships with a view to enforcing the purposes of our mission as a company.

Had it all

Family of 6 with 2 grandparents... perfect size, wrap around sun terrace, well furnished, very clean, good kitchen and dining areas. Good location for Luz beach and also well secured (we had 2 young ones with us under 4) Agent very helpful - will hopefully return next year...

Maison spacieuse

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cette maison. La maison correspond bien aux photos proposées; elle est spacieuse, claire et très confortable. Rien ne manque; le ménage est fait à fond tous les samedis et le linge ainsi que les draps sont changés chaque fois. L'accès au Wi-Fi est parfait et nous avions également accès aux chaînes de télévision françaises.

La maison est également très bien située: proche de la belle plage; les commerces sont proches aussi. Tout se fait à pied. Un bon point pour la supérette Spar ouverte toute la semaine et qui a du pain excellent (pour les Français, c'est important).

Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré, c'est la difficulté à chauffer la maison. Nous y étions en février et la maison était inhabitée depuis plus de 2 mois. Il y a bien une climatisation réversible, mais la puissance électrique est limitée alors si on pousse la climatisation et qu'on met la bouilloire en route,ça disjoncte.

Bon, tous ces problèmes n'existent pas l'été!

Luisa qui s'occupe de cette location est très efficace lorsqu'il y a un souci. Merci à elle.

J'ai parlé au propriétaire au sujet de la question de la capacité électrique et il m'a assuré qu'il fera une augmentation de la puissance de telle sorte que cette situation ne se reproduise pas. Il était quelque chose qu'il n'a pas encore été réalisé. Nous vous remercions de mentionner cela. Nous nous réjouissons de votre visite dans un proche avenir. Merci pour tout.

How to get there

Easyjet, Raynair and Monarch have direct flights to/from Faro international airport.

From the airport to the villa we advise you to ask us for assistance to organize a direct private transfer or taxi.

We can also assist with car rental.

The use of a car once in Luz is not necessary but you will need one to go to Lagos or other local areas.

As an option, you can use the local Bus service 'Onda'. Luz is served by the yellow line.

In Luz/Lagos area there are lots to do and see. To help our guests we have an information folder and we are always happy to give advice.
