Beautiful house, conveniently located

The house was beautiful and close to the shops, beach and some nice restaurants. We had 16 people in the house but it never felt like we were all on top of each other - although they could possibly do with one or 2 more chairs but we managed to squeeze on the bench. Sebastien was very helpful and easily contactable. The house backs onto a bike path that runs down to town and the pool was very refreshing.

Belle maison dans un quartier calme mais avec quelques hics!

Très belle maison et quartier calme mais nous vous la déconseillons si vous venez pour vous y reposer. En effet, la maison est mal insonorisée et le matin nous sommes réveillés par les mouvements des autres. De plus, le pisciniste et le jardinier viennent travailler plusieurs fois durant votre séjour. Ce dernier est venu un matin à 10h avec son tracteur-tondeuse, coupe-haie et souffleuse. Ceux qui se reposaient à la piscine, ainsi que ceux qui petit-dejeunaient sur la terrasse, ou encore ceux qui télé-travaillaient ont tous dû rentrer à l'intérieur en raison du bruit et de la poussière causé, et ceci pendant tout son passage, soit jusqu'à 12h. Concernant le télé-travail, ceci a aussi été un problème en raison d'un wifi dysfonctionnel durant tout le séjour. Le propriétaire est au courant depuis plusieurs mois mais je pense qu'il serait judicieux d'en avertir les locataires au moment de la réservation et non pas 3 jours avant l'arrivée, étant un facteur décisionnel important dans la sélection d'une maison. Et enfin, nous avons aussi été surpris par le tarif onéreux des serviettes, ne comprenant aucune serviettes de piscine, contrairement à l'annonce sur le site mentionnant inclure tous les serviettes nécessaires au séjour. La maison manque aussi les essentiels, c'est à dire pas de papiers toilettes, pas de savon, pas de sel, huile d'olive, etc. Globalement la maison est belle, la région aussi, mais nous avons rencontré beaucoup d'inconvénients par rapport au prix qui est l

parfait pour un weekend prolongé

les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité, le jardin est parfait pour un groupe, nous étions 16. La maison est très spacieuse et la terrasse idéale pour de bons moments.
